💣 "Everyone’s Always Asking for More Access…" — THIS Is Your Shot (And I’m Going All-In) 💣
Let’s skip the polite lead-in… 🚨 If you’ve ever DM’d me for the real story… 🚨 If you’ve ever wanted the raw, no-BS blueprint behind Otter PR’s rise from couch-surfing to $700K/month… 🚨 If you’ve ever said, “Jay, just show me what actually works in 2025…” Then lock in. Because tomorrow—it’s happening. 🧠 I’m going LIVE on LinkedIn for an Instantly.ai Masterclass, and I’m finally revealing the thing everyone’s been asking for… 👉 The exact step-by-step process I use to attract high-level clients on autopilot 👉 The “LURE Method” that flipped the switch and built the pipeline most agencies only dream of 👉 The invisible leverage that got us from “surviving” to scaling (without burning out) This isn’t theory. This isn’t a “tips & tricks” session. This is behind the curtain, for real. Here’s what I’m pulling back the curtain on: 💡 How I cracked the code after years of brutal failures, bad hires, and offers that flatlined 💡 The psychological triggers that flipped cold outreach into warm buying signals 💡 Why “hunting” for clients is killing your business (and what to do instead) 💡 What I’d do differently if I had to start from zero in 2025 💡 PLUS: Ask Me Anything — I’ll go deep on any strategy you bring No slides. Re: AI & Automation talk - Clay.com
𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙪𝙮𝙨 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙮.𝙘𝙤𝙢? I know a couple days ago @Mohammad Aoun posted about AI & Automation. Which I think is the next “website builders” of early 2000’s. People were paying so much to build a website for companies. Could be the same for AI Automation + Cold Email evergreen campaigns in 2025… Oh yeah… almost forgot to mention that Clay is now evaluated at $1 billion + company. It seems to be a solid data enrichment tool for build out AI automations for efficiency. But does any one have any experience with Clay?

Having an overall reply rate above 5% will help to keep your deliverability higher - you'll burn through domains less quickly.

@Ian Kirk that's fantastic. I find that my numbers go down the more I send. I might have a 4% pos. reply rate at 100-200 emails but at 500-1k it will drop down to 1-2%. I am assuming it is just approaching the real rate as I get enough sends to have statistically accurate data.
How is cold emails cheaper than Facebook ads?
I am paying $30/day to get 8,000 impressions on Facebook, and Instantly's lead finder is charging me $100 for 4,500 leads. With Facebook all impressions are seen by my targetted leads. With cold emails, 25% of them are winding up in SPAM folder, because of Microsoft's new campaigns. So how is that cheaper?

Also there are tons of ways to get leads. I was able to find a deal on AppSumo for Outscraper (a Google scraper). So I pay about $15 / month for about 1k leads, and that is only because I verify the emails.

@Alexander Kolchinsky I have no idea what you offer, but I think something like this could work: "Hey Christina, Ever had parents ask you about programs you don't offer? We partner with schools to create those connections families are searching for - filling gaps and expanding opportunities. Curious how we could make magic happen together?" - The point is that it should be both attention grabbing (question or pain point) and casual. Another approach is short and direct (here's our offer and some social proof), but if you don't have case studies or an irresistable offer then I would just try to be 1) something they can't classify -> Is this work, is it spam, I'm not quite sure... 2) something that keeps them curious enough to ask for more info.
Does anyone use this outreach sequence. 1.email, 2.Linkedin message,3. AI calling, 4. Voicemail Drops too set appointments.
I have read about how it takes multiple marketing touches before someone is ready to book an appointment and buy. So I am thinking that this could be a good outreach sequence and strategy. Has anyone had success using this outreach sequence? If so how much money do you spend on this per month? And how many appointments is this booking for you per month? Do you have an advice about doing it this way?

@Cole TheConnector Of the tools I mentioned, there is one available right now on AppSumo: Reoon Email Verifier - https://appsumo.com/products/reoon-email-verifier/?query=Reoon%20Email%20Verifier Outscraper has a zillion different products, I think the one I used was the Maps scraper (which is not on AppSumo right now).

@Ian Kirk I have been consuming a TON of business and marketing content over the past 3 years. I definitely watch a lot of Lead Gen Jay, as well as several others who I won't mention here. I probably have not been through the DIY course (I honestly don't recall). I am not in this Skool community much (I belong to quite a few), but I definitely watch a lot of Jay's videos and they are super helpful. Highly recommend his advice.
Last week I was digging around in the Instantly Facebook Group (of 49,000 members) and saw a suspicious post of someone claiming to get 19-26%+ reply rates… 👀
Was this legit? I had to find out for myself… After contacting the cold emailer who made the post, I scheduled an interview to dive into his cold email strategy. Here’s what I asked him: 1. What are you using cold email for? 💼 - These campaigns are for a client who runs an e-commerce marketing agency. - We’re targeting e-commerce brands, specifically smaller ones with annual revenues between $500k and $10 million. 2. What do you do to ensure deliverability? 📩 - We don’t use unsub links. Instead, we include a simple line asking them to let us know if they want to opt out. - Open rate tracking hurts deliverability, so we focus on reply rates instead. - We do 3 weeks of warming up mailboxes with weekday activity. - For volume, we start with 3 contacts per day in the first week of Outreach & slowly go up to 10/day or 30 emails/day per address. 3. How do you use Clay with your leads? 🛠️ - For Qualification: We put LinkedIn profile and website data into Clay and use ChatGPT to filter out unqualified leads. - This ensures prospects meet the client’s ICP. - For Personalization: We put in recent data, like a LinkedIn post or website, for a custom first-line. - We fit the offer to the prospect, like for an agency in roofing including roofing use cases. 4. How do you structure your email content? ✉️ - We keep the email short, 50 to 80 words max. 1st line: Explain why we’re reaching out, with relevancy to the offer. 2nd line: Identify a problem or solution with a question. 3rd line: Clearly state the offer, showing the benefit of working with us. 4th line: Include a soft CTA, ideally offering free value. 5. How do you structure your email sequences? 🔄 - We initially send just one or two emails to test offers and avoid burning prospects. - Email 1 and Email 2 often present different angles of the same offer. - We target different pain points in each. - Email 3 could be a bump or a meme. - We avoid long sequences (4-6 emails), as low reply rates hurt deliverability.

@Kazuma Tazaki Say I contact 10 people on day 1, but the email sequence includes 2 additional follow-up emails (for a total of 3 emails in the sequence). Day 1: 10 leads contacted = 10 emails sent Day2: 10 leads contacted + 10 follow up emails (for the previous days leads) = 20 emails sent. Day3; 10 leads contacted + 20 follow-up emails (for the previous 2 days leads) = 30 emails sent. So I might only be reaching 10 people per day, but because I follow up with each lead a few times I might be sending 30 or more emails per day.
