I just hired Hook Point Media. Ready, Set, Go!
They have a scientific formula for going viral. The goal is to learn how to post videos that get millions of views without needing followers. Cost me $20k, but I got it on trade for services with HeroPixel. I have a Ready, Set, Go strategy outlined. Ready phase Consists of me getting my offers ready (software completed), funnels built, website and socials reframed based on my organic strategy. Hook Points team is amped up about what Im doing. After listening to my offer and my frame they immediately assigned their best team and are preparing for me to be their best case study ever. From the most views to the most revenue generated. The literal stars have aligned on this for me. The Set phase will begin October, consisting of me producing the hundreds of posts and youtube videos and lead magnets for my social posting calendars. Ill post to 30 Facebook groups, instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, my company blog, gmb, and of course Youtube. Every social connected to GHL and automated according to my posting calendars. Ive hired a SMM who I will train to be my company’s first VRM. The GO phase is what youd expect. All cylinders fire on every social channel, continuous relationship building with everybody who interacts with us. With continued content creation, keeping us 2-3 months out with content. Im pulling up to the battlefield with 50 aircraft carrier and every armament you can imagine. Zero fuel, zero $ in the bank, no food in the cupboards. Literally burning the ships as my entire military beaches. Im leaving nothing to chance and plan on hitting this with everything I have. All 36 of you are about to witness me go from zero to millions… before the year is over.

Let's gooo!
Using the Dashboard
How are people using it effectively? Maybe my prompting is wrong or I'm not doing something correctly but I type in "I want a list of 60 plumbing companies in the greater Chicagoland area" and it takes quite a bit to start generating the list. Do I need to keep the tab open and front of screen? Or is it ok if I minimize it. Do I need to be more descriptive? Once you've got a lead/contact list, what are people doing next? Looking to see how I can most efficiently and effectively use the platform, open to any input/suggestions that you guys have seen working well

A massive upgrade to the Ai Lead Finder
I've had my head down planning my Organic Marketing and creating the module to show you how to make a small audience wildly profitable. If you're sick and tired of cold calling and you just want to start onboarding clients, I suggest you check out that module. Over the weekend I also made some big upgrades to the extension. Really gave the Ai a lot more tools and direction on how to go about scraping. I'm still training it and giving it a lot more tools to use, but this is a major upgrade. It will now systematically hunt down missing data to create a full and accurate profile on every lead. In addition, I've fixed a lot of bugs, it now runs a lot smoother without maxing out on memory and locking up. It also cleans up after itself, so we're not left with a lot of abandoned tabs. Very exciting! This week I'm going through contracts with Alex Becker at Hyros to onboard him. I received a major inside look into my franchise and how they go about buying leads from the major marketplaces. My developer and I will be working on the inbound software the rest of this week so I can have full integration with Service Minder, the project management system for contractors. In this video I show you my updates and how to install it. https://outbound.clientbasis.com/register

Closed A Whale Today
Received confirmation an hour ago that my first franchise with over 100+ bath remodeler owners is coming onboard today. They'll start with a pilot of just a few clients. 5 to be exact. Each pilot will spend $5,000 per month with me, buying leads that I'm generating through https://betterhomes.today My home service brand. I generate the leads for between $3 and $20 and I sell them for $40. that's a 2x-10x return on my adspend. That means I will spend $5k and make $25k every month... Just with the pilot locations. Oh and the brand president will be paying me $2500 per month as a free fee on top. Rent is $2700, groceries for 4 little kids is hundreds per week.. truck is $1500 and credit cards are all maxed to the hilt and late more than 4 months.. Nobody said this was going to be easy... It's been hard as fuck to get these businesses off the ground. I've got nothing left in the bank account... My wife is stressed out AF. Card got denied on her at checkout when buying groceries. While I'm in the parking lot taking a meeting from my cold calls. No the only way isn't up. I could still get kicked out of this rental and my truck could get repossessed, (haven't made a payment in two months, going on three) I thought I was a fairly humble person before trying to start a "real" business, but the last 5 years has really, really humbled me. I'll charge this franchise $2,500, probably moments before facebook tries to bill me again for the ads I have been running. Thumbtack doesn't pay for net 30, so that's been a bitch.. Things could still go terribly wrong, I'm aware of that. All I can do is pray to God that he has mercy on me while I openly pursue something that is clearly not his desire for me. If all goes well, this month I will make enough to keep the lights on for another. That'll give me enough breathing room before the results come in on the close rate of the leads for this pilot. September 3rd will be my 43rd birthday. I have been trying to build a business since I was 18. Had many, lost many. I've made a lot of money, but today I have little to show for it.

@Jonathon Byrdziak awesome story, keep at it brother
Closing local biz on SEO
Closed 2 local businesses in the last 2 weeks for $400/month + $500 - $1,000 setup fee. The big shift? I stopped using rigid sales scripts. Cold calls felt awkward because I was in sales mode instead of genuinely helping. Now, I research a business, run a quick SEO/website audit, and record a short video comparing them to competitors. My outreach is simply asking if I can send it over.. no hard selling. I just show them their potential, and if they want more, they come ready to buy. I still need more data to confirm, but so far it’s working well. I know it’s totally different method as using that lead gen AI tool but I could share details of the process if anyone’s interested. But I also agree in having a no brainer offer is the way to go. You can upsell later
