Just rented out one of my websites for $500 a month
I setup a full website called prescriptions.today. Got a funnel going and tested with ads to onboard patients. Then did SEO and got it ranking. The whole process took like a year to get it ranked. But i wasnt pushing very hard. Now its generating about 40 patients a month and i disnt want it to go to waste. When i was running ads I was selling the patients for $50 a visit, and the LTV was like $500. I could acquire the patients for free from Google search or $50 landed from fb ads. A terrible niche because its health and requires sooo many hoops to run ads and even get a gmb. But now its running, and i wasnt doing anything with it. I use grok to find a provider in florida and ca since most leads come in there. I called the provider and hooked up a $500 a month rent fee. So they are renting the website from me to get the leads that are coming in from their state. I will slowly invest time into this and add seo pages to increase search volume in other states. My plan is yo onboard providers in other states and charge them a rental fee to get access to the leads in their states. Eventually ill be able yo run ads and sell them the leads from ads, growing the volume and my rev. This is mot efficient because im not focused on it. Im sure you could easily duplicate this idea in a different niche and make it much more efficient.

That’s a great strategy. I just started the same for the home cleaning space yesterday haha.

And did you also create a GMB for it? Or just the site with SEO?
Recording on how I close SEO clients as an "easy yes" offer
Hey sorry for not sharing it yesterday I was at a live book launch event that took way too long haha But as promised here is a video where I explain a bit more about my sales process that clsed/upselled me 400/Month clients with setup fees: https://www.loom.com/share/8ba7b52e45474a418217f101bc9b3494?sid=f4225473-8aa6-42c7-b66a-053bd0ba2b49 Here is also the link for the SEO training "5 Days Top of Google Challenge" starting on Monday 18th. tomorrow that is $27. It the most useful training I had and they will have a ton of giveaways so I can warmly recommend it to you if you want to know how to deliver better results to business: https://searchatlas.com/top-of-google-challenge/?fpr=botond65 If you still have any questions let me know :) I'm also more than happy to brainstorm about it or how we could combine this with your current easy offers @Jonathon Byrdziak

@Pedro Gomez I try to aim for 400/m at the start. And as they get more traffic in 3-6 months I upsell them to around 800 - 2.5k/m.

I’m really trying to build out long lasting partnerships with clients.
An Introduction Post
Hi all, I've been lurking and replying to a couple bits so figured I'd introduce myself! I'm Steve, based in the UK, and just starting on my agency journey. I met Jonathon through another group and we ended up having a super interesting conversation and I gladly accepted coming into this community. I'm still in the super early stages as I said, currently playing with what will be my agency website and just learning a few bits, doing some research. My goal is to be able to leave my full-time job whilst also proving my wife wrong (she thinks I'll get bored after 3 months😂)! Not much I can offer value wise to the group except feedback but hoping that will change over the coming weeks and months!

Nice to have you man. I believe all of us are new to the group but I'm sure it will grow. And she should be worried about what happens after 3 month haha

@Yvonne Herbst I believe you joined and we talked about it but for the others (and if it is still a question) I use SearchAtlas. I will record the loom about it later today and share it in a post but here is the link for their training that will happen next week from the 18th. https://searchatlas.com/top-of-google-challenge/?fpr=botond65 But also here is the link for their website: https://searchatlas.com/?fpr=botond65

@Pedro Gomez you can also check it out but I will make the video about my sales process with this tool later today :)
Closing local biz on SEO
Closed 2 local businesses in the last 2 weeks for $400/month + $500 - $1,000 setup fee. The big shift? I stopped using rigid sales scripts. Cold calls felt awkward because I was in sales mode instead of genuinely helping. Now, I research a business, run a quick SEO/website audit, and record a short video comparing them to competitors. My outreach is simply asking if I can send it over.. no hard selling. I just show them their potential, and if they want more, they come ready to buy. I still need more data to confirm, but so far it’s working well. I know it’s totally different method as using that lead gen AI tool but I could share details of the process if anyone’s interested. But I also agree in having a no brainer offer is the way to go. You can upsell later
