Closed 2 local businesses in the last 2 weeks for $400/month + $500 - $1,000 setup fee.
The big shift? I stopped using rigid sales scripts. Cold calls felt awkward because I was in sales mode instead of genuinely helping.
Now, I research a business, run a quick SEO/website audit, and record a short video comparing them to competitors. My outreach is simply asking if I can send it over.. no hard selling. I just show them their potential, and if they want more, they come ready to buy.
I still need more data to confirm, but so far it’s working well. I know it’s totally different method as using that lead gen AI tool but I could share details of the process if anyone’s interested.
But I also agree in having a no brainer offer is the way to go. You can upsell later
