Your Energy Oil Crisis - No One Talks About - Part 1
YOUR Energy Oil Crisis - How This Shows Up in Disease Is this You or someone You know? - Cancer - Every cancer cell shares one trait - broken energy metabolism. When mitochondria can’t burn fuel properly, cells are forced into fermentation. - Neurodegeneration - Memory declines, thinking slows, and plaques form as brain energy collapses. Another example of energy failure at the cellular level. - Diabetes - Mitochondria lose their ability to handle glucose efficiently, driving insulin resistance and unstable blood sugar. - Joint Pain & Inflammation - When rancid fats accumulate in tissues, oxidative stress and inflammation flare up, making joints stiff and painful. - Fat Loss Resistance - Damaged mitochondria struggle to burn fat for energy, leaving people stuck no matter how hard they diet or exercise. - Hypothyroid (Hashimotos) - If mitochondria are damaged by oxidized linoleic acid (LA), even normal T3 levels won’t translate into good energy. This creates a “functional hypothyroid” state — labs may look fine, but the person feels tired, sluggish, cold What - Mitochondria failing to produce clean energy because cardiolipin is damaged by excess linoleic acid (seed oils). - Cells switching from oxidation (burning fuel cleanly) to fermentation (a backup survival mode). Why - Because the fats we’ve been eating for decades (seed oils, processed foods) oxidize easily and damage the delicate machinery inside mitochondria. - Once oxidation and rancidity set in, the body can no longer power itself properly — leading to disease. When - It starts silently, often years before symptoms show. - For most people, damage accelerates in midlife (40s–60s), when decades of high linoleic acid intake finally overwhelm the system. Where - In the arteries - cholesterol turns rancid, leading to plaques. - In the brain - energy collapse drives memory loss and plaques in Alzheimer’s. - In the cells - cancer arises when mitochondria can no longer burn glucose and are forced into fermentation.

Getting "Old" or just Toxic?
We’ve been told that diseases like Alzheimer’s, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and cancer are simply “part of getting older." That's just B.S...................... Bad Science! But here’s the truth: aging doesn’t cause disease—accumulated toxicity does. Let’s break it down WHAT? The Myth of “Diseases of Aging” Mainstream medicine labels - heart disease, - type 2 diabetes, - osteoporosis, - Alzheimers - Dementia - Arthritis - osteo - rheumatoid - Eyesight - Hearing - and cancer ....... as “age-related diseases.” In reality, age is not the cause. These conditions are the result of decades of compounding damage from toxins, poor lifestyle choices, and chronic stress on the body. - Just like rust doesn’t come from the age of the car—but from constant exposure to salt, water, and neglect—our bodies “rust” from years of toxic load. WHY? The Real Culprit — Decades of Toxic Accumulation Toxins are everywhere - - Food toxins: pesticides, seed oils, processed sugar, preservatives. - Environmental toxins: plastics (microplastics), heavy metals, mold, polluted air/water. - Lifestyle toxins: chronic stress, poor sleep, blue light, sedentary living. - Medical toxins: overuse of medications, antibiotics, synthetic hormones. Each exposure alone may seem small… but stack them daily for 30–50 years, and the body’s detox systems (liver, kidneys, gut, lymph, skin) become overwhelmed. That’s when symptoms appear. WHEN? The Timeline of Toxicity → Disease It doesn’t happen overnight. Here’s how it builds - 1. 20s–30s – Resilient phase. Body compensates. Minor signs: fatigue, bloating, headaches. 2. 30s–40s – Early warning phase. Weight gain, joint pain, gut issues, hormonal imbalances. 3. 40s–50s – Breakdown phase. High blood pressure, insulin resistance, thyroid issues, anxiety, poor sleep. 4. 50s+ – Diagnosis phase. Diabetes, cancer, heart disease, dementia. 5. The Toxic load usually progresses from here UNLESS you take action.

Cysts, Nodules, Fibroids, Lumps & Bumps? Part 3
Name That Growth - How many of these do you recognize? These are some of the most frequent "growths" we see in the body - Cysts – Fluid-filled sacs (common in ovaries, breasts, skin) - Nodules – Small solid lumps (seen in thyroid, lungs, liver) - Fibroids – Benign muscular tumors (usually found in the uterus) - Polyps – Tissue overgrowths on mucous membranes (colon, uterus, nasal passages) - Lipomas – Soft, fatty deposits under the skin - Skin tags – Small, soft flaps of skin (often in areas of friction like armpits or neck) - Ganglion cysts – Fluid-filled lumps near joints or tendons (commonly wrists or hands) - Calcifications – Hardened mineral deposits in soft tissues (like breasts, arteries) - Keloids – Overgrown, raised scar tissue beyond the original wound site - Swollen lymph nodes – Enlargement due to infection, inflammation, or immune activity - Granulomas – Small nodular areas of chronic inflammation (common in lungs, liver, skin) - Hemangiomas – Benign tumors made of blood vessels (appear as red or purple birthmarks) - Sebaceous cysts – Cysts filled with sebum (typically form under the skin near hair follicles) - Bone spurs – Bony projections that develop along joints due to wear and tear - Neuromas – Thickened nerve tissue (often painful, like Morton’s neuroma in the foot) - Goiters – Enlarged thyroid gland (can appear as a neck swelling, often due to iodine deficiency) - Warts – Small, rough growths caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) - Moles – Pigmented skin spots that can be flat or raised, usually benign - Papillomas – Benign epithelial tumors often caused by viral infections (like HPV) - Abscesses – Pockets of pus caused by bacterial infection, inflammation, or injury - Buffalo Hump – A fatty pad or lump at the upper back/base of the neck Ask Yourself - "Hey self - How many of these do I have" ✅ Who would like to know "why do these occur"? OR What's the root cause? Where did the ripples start from to create this bigger "wave"?

Cysts, nodules, fibroids, skin tags, swollen lymph nodes. I have had or still do have all of these.
Do You have one of these Growths?
Here's a list of common growths the body creates - - Cysts – Fluid-filled sacs (common in ovaries, breasts, skin) - Nodules – Small solid lumps (seen in thyroid, lungs, liver) - Fibroids – Benign muscular tumors (usually found in the uterus) - Polyps – Tissue overgrowths on mucous membranes (colon, uterus, nasal passages) - Lipomas – Soft, fatty deposits under the skin - Skin tags – Small, soft flaps of skin (often in areas of friction like armpits or neck) - Ganglion cysts – Fluid-filled lumps near joints or tendons (commonly wrists or hands) - Calcifications – Hardened mineral deposits in soft tissues (like breasts, arteries) - Keloids – Overgrown, raised scar tissue beyond the original wound site - Swollen lymph nodes – Enlargement due to infection, inflammation, or immune activity - Granulomas – Small nodular areas of chronic inflammation (common in lungs, liver, skin) - Hemangiomas – Benign tumors made of blood vessels (appear as red or purple birthmarks) - Sebaceous cysts – Cysts filled with sebum (typically form under the skin near hair follicles) - Bone spurs – Bony projections that develop along joints due to wear and tear - Neuromas – Thickened nerve tissue (often painful, like Morton’s neuroma in the foot) - Goiters – Enlarged thyroid gland (can appear as a neck swelling) - Warts – Small, rough growths caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) - Moles – Pigmented skin spots that can be flat or raised, usually benign - Papillomas – Benign epithelial tumors (like HPV) - Abscesses – Pockets of pus caused by bacterial infection, inflammation, or injury - Buffalo Hump – A fatty pad or lump at the upper back/base of the neck You have one of these and wish you knew WHY? So you go to your Doctor and they share their thoughts with You as to why you have it or the cause. Often drugs, burning it off or out, radiation or surgery are the most common solution?
