It’s bullet journal time…
The bot is great, but what keeps me motivated in terms of the BIG Picture is my Bullet Journal. What you see here is the actual tracker I used last year…it’s not pretty, but it did the job. This year is less about weightloss for me, and more about consolidation and integration…I do have a more modest weightloss goal but actually it’s more about body composition and performance. Have you created your 52 week spread?

I have your printable on my study wall. Previously I’ve done it month by month but having a week by week for the whole year helps me to see time ticking away.
What's in my kitchen
I'm sure we all do it, put a few items in the store cupboard or in the freezer, just in case. Or buy something that looked interesting and then it just sits there. While at the same time cooking the same old stuff. So along with this programme I decided to change it up. I documented every food item I have in the house. Then I put it in a document and added it to my ChatGPT. Then I asked it to design a weeks worth of meals, based on what I already had in the house and based on healthy Mediterranean style cuisine. Awesome! Stir fried vegetable rice with prawns tonight. I'll cook a double batch so I can have it again in a few days. It's even given me a recipe to use up that jar of preserved lemons that seemed like a good idea about 6 months ago! No only is it helping me eat healthier, but it is using what I already have, and is saving money too.

End of week one for me and I’ve lost some weight but the binge/starve part of my brain is saying it’s not enough. Even though it jolly well is and it’s based on sustainable foods and a few drinks and a gig yesterday. 😉 So I’m taking this card as a sign. Bought these cards which arrived today and this was the first one I pulled out.

Let’s talk movement…what are your goals over the next month or so? Aware it’s super cold in the UK…so any movement is going to be good movement lol Ps…do you think we need a movement thread/category area

Yes definitely would benefit from a movement thread or channel. Well done though I’ve not been out today yet.

After tracking, ask your bot for some Julie style words of motivation and encouragement… Post them below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🌟 Julie-Style Evening Motivation You did exactly what you said you would. You made your food. You kept your promises. You showed up to your plan. Your energy dipped, and you still stayed in the game. You didn’t need it to be perfect. You just needed it to be done. And done it is. Look at your plate today: nourishing, smart, mostly unprocessed, colourful, calcium-rich. You’re doing this like someone who knows where they’re going. Sleep is next. Then we go again. You’re not starting over tomorrow. You’re building. 🌱

@Sally Drury I love this line… “You don’t need to overhaul your life — you just need to keep showing up as the woman who’s already decided she matters.”
