I’ve been in here almost all day, organically working my way from Level 6 toward Level 7 — reaching out to friends in the community, supporting others, learning, commenting, connecting, and honestly just showing up with my whole heart. But today I had a real breakthrough. I got paired with an amazing Blitz partner, and for the first time, I truly saw my classroom through fresh eyes. We looked through each other’s classrooms, gave honest feedback, encouragement, ideas, and support — and suddenly things started clicking for me. Sometimes you work so closely on something that you stop seeing it clearly. Today reminded me how powerful the community really is. I know my classroom still has a long way to go, but for the first time in a while, I feel really good about it. I feel inspired again. I am curious, how many times a week do you post in your community? Have you played around with posting schedules which one seems to get the most ROI for your efforts? I have tried different posting schedules. At one point I was posting 7 to 10 times a week. I feel like that’s when I had my most activity, but it seems a little unsustainable currently. I’m curious what everyone else’s experience is.
