How many times a week do you post?

I am curious, how many times a week do you post in your community? Have you played around with posting schedules which one seems to get the most ROI for your efforts?

I have tried different posting schedules. At one point I was posting 7 to 10 times a week. I feel like that’s when I had my most activity, but it seems a little unsustainable currently. I’m curious what everyone else’s experience is.
