@Sergii Lex I'm doing calisthenics, too. Sometimes It's hard to overcome my limit and to persist exercise. But I believe growing feelings and that is well worthy.
Why Celebrate Small Victories in Language Learning?
When you’re learning a new language, it’s easy to focus only on the big goals—like being fluent, passing a test, or holding a long conversation. But the truth is, the little wins are just as important. - Did you understand a word today without checking the dictionary? - Did you manage to say a sentence out loud with confidence? - Did you watch part of a show and actually catch what they said? Those are victories! 🎉 Every time you notice and celebrate them, you’re telling yourself: “I’m moving forward.” It keeps you motivated, makes learning feel fun, and helps you see progress—even on days when it feels slow. Language learning isn’t one big leap—it’s lots of tiny steps. And every step deserves recognition. 💪 So don’t wait until you’re “fluent” to celebrate. Celebrate today. Because every little win is proof that you’re growing. 🌟

Signs that you are scapegoat of a family
1-You don't fit in into the family system 2-Your choices are a threat to the family ---> Sometimes, I experience this, they go like, "oh, oh this is toooo much, Khalil". You'll notice they don't use my nickname! And they don't of think framing me as being beneath "me". They feel that you are problematic or conventional. But overall, my father and mother come to me ask, what do you think of this, for example, this job, or this certain thing. Sometimes, my two little sisters come to me if they have an issue. And they find weird things! 3- You’re punished for pointing out the dysfunction-> If there is problem in the family, I'm always talking, and they hate it! hahahaha!

I feel that way in part. Family issue is truly difficult one. They might want to regard us the same as their own, though we are different from them. Taking care of our emotions warmly is needed.
My favourite is ABC live
