Hi to all I just want to say how grateful that this community is here every day and that Drew you offer not only exercises but hope. There are weeks that my body wins out over my mind. BUT when my mind finally prevails, I know I can come back here.!!! This is gonna sound funny to everybody, it feels like coming home😃
A different kind of flow today. Enjoy the sights and sounds as we blend functional fitness with mindful movement in a short, unconventional session. Grab a chair and just move, notice, and take it all in.
Today’s session is about moving our bodies naturally and simply. By showing up each day and moving in practical, dynamic ways, we build strength, trust, and confidence in our bodies so we can move through daily life with greater ease.
Today we start with light stretches and then take those same movements into a slightly faster cardio pace. We’ll open the body, lift the heart rate, and move with intention. A reminder to be grateful that we get to move these incredible bodies and to enjoy movement for its own sake.
A quick full-body band session today with a short warm-up followed by a focused, challenging effort. A few solid rounds of push-ups and squats to wake up strength, raise the heart rate, and remind the body it can still work hard when asked.
On the injured list so taking it easy, but I’m not gonna stop. I’m doing a little bit every day.!! thank you Drew for giving us so many different options. And when your body says, don’t jump up and down, cause you have osteoporosis, don’t do it. 😉
