Play-by-Play: One week later ... I launched my funnel 💫
Following up on my last post, sharing that I was about to press play on my funnel "Unique Offer That Sells" helping visionary professional and entrepreneurs go from jazzed about an idea to booking 5-10 Clients without social media or risking their professional reputation. A huge and heartfelt thank you to those of you who sent me encouragement and resources to help me finish. I wanted to let you know what's happened since my last post: 1) when I filmed the video last week, it ended up way longer than optimal. 😅 1:08 minutes to be precise… Thank goodness for my lovely little app called Descript. I chopped it back to 20 minutes! 2) when I did the editing, I found the slide deck quite boring, so I updated the slides to have a lot more animations / transitions. That meant editing took me four or five days (between working with clients and running the rest of my business.) it also meant for a much more engaging video! I'm so happy I did that. 3) the first place I like to launch anything is with the people who follow my blog. We have a great open rate. 45 to 70%… So we decided to write a blog that would teach people why having a unique offer is so critical. 4) as it happens, we are also in the process of transitioning our website from one provider to the other. So I thought this would be a good opportunity to go live with phase one of my website. (Over plan much? Not me 😂) We used the blog to announce "phase 1" of my new website too! 5) at about 12:45 PM Pacific time today we pressed send on the blog. within a couple of minutes one person downloaded the template. Pretty happy about that. Our inner circle is usually pretty good at pointing out spelling mistakes and such, so we explicitly asked them to do so at the bottom of the blog. 6) the moment I only have the first two emails written for the follow up sequence. I was at the call last week but I don't have the AI tool and I'm wondering if there's any templates for how to write the follow up emails that I would be able to see? @Penny Chohaili (or anyone here) are there example emails I can see outside the AI tool?

@Karen Collacutt Do you mean GW certification course or AI?
Going live with my 1st Growthworks funnel tomorrow (yay! + a few questions)
Well @Penny Chohaili and all my Offer Builder buddies, I've made some progress to share! I am putting a new funnel up using the teaching in this program (for a program I've run for years) and it's going live EOD tomorrow! (Tuesday after our call.) I will be recording my authority video today (I did not find a script example for those however so if anyone can share that with me that would be super cool!) Here is the deck I created based on last week's teaching. My questions in case anyone here can help: - can you point me to training on authority amplifier video script &/or examples - I am attacking the deck and the image for the website that show the completed script, and I want to verify - do I email them the whole slidedeck with the blank template (then show the completed template in the video) or do I just give them a one-page blank template (I am sure you taught this and I missed it, sorry if that's the case!) I've attached the the image I am planning on using on the landing page and the blank PDF I am thinking I am supposed to share as the download/ in the email (or do I just send the one blank template page somewhere too?). I have the completed version to teach from in my video. What am I missing here? Any help to have a great (soft launch to my list) is welcome!

@Penny Chohaili I don't have Growthworks AI, I did watch module 5 and got a sense of it. Is there a template for people not on the AI?

@Lorilet Monegro I did another post with the play-by-play updates!
Week 1 of Offer Intensive insights
Hey @Penny Chohaili and @Aaron Fletcher! The offer intensive was seriously intense. I was taking so many notes, my hand practically turned into a keyboard. But here are some key takeaways that stuck with me: • Did you know you can actually improve your handwriting and brain function through neuroscience techniques? It may sound silly, but I'm all for it. My wife even got me a handwriting workbook. Time to channel my inner calligrapher. 😎 • We learned about this nifty framework called CTFAR that helps you change your thoughts and achieve awesome results. • Affirmations and mind mapping are the secret sauce to success. • When it comes to businesses, there are four key areas to focus on: messaging, problem-solving, and getting tangible results. Cha-ching! • For all you course creators out there, we discussed four profitable categories: health and wellbeing, body transformation, personal development, and more. • Nailing down your niche is crucial. You can base it on your life experience or certifications, and then narrow it down even further for maximum impact. • We also dove into niching down for different industries and passions. It's like finding the perfect slice of pizza in a sea of options. • Pricing and packaging services can be a puzzle, but we got the insider tips. • And get this - there's a way to increase prices without breaking a sweat. We learned how to add value to our services like a master magician. • We even learned how to calculate the value of soft skills in business. Yes, those intangibles are worth more than you think. • Financial calculations can help us demonstrate the value of our intangible services. So put on your math hats and let's crunch those numbers. • Oh, and we discovered how to show potential clients the lifetime value of our offerings. It's like revealing the secrets to a treasure chest. There were probably more light bulbs moments, but I didn't want to keep you here forever. If you're interested, I have a transcription of module 1 and some summary points. I'd love to share it with the fellow intensive attendees. Sadly, I don't know who's in the class. @Penny Chohaili, can you help me get it to the right people?

@David Oziel I got into writing out "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" while my guy made dinner 😆 "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" "It is easy to win the lottery jackpot" Let's see what happens!

@Lorilet Monegro good one!
Who else realized you need to up your prices today?
First of all, @Penny Chohaili thank you for your feedback on today's call! I've had a major paradigm shift this week. A couple of days ago I thought that 24,000 was a solid price for my outcome. After the homework, I definitely thought 50 K was more than fair. And then you told me you have clients who charge 100 K for the same kind of financial benefit I can offer. I'm noodling that for sure! Anyone else seriously rethinking your pricing? PS @Aaron Fletcher thanks for getting us on the call today!

For more context though, those rates are for my personal services and I only take a handful of clients a year because I write and am working on a TV show. I have a popular course for professionals who want to start scaleable businesses, and I think my price might be low on that too. My course is at 3300 + 8700 for back end (80% convert). I think although the initial fee is low based on calculator, it feels really fair for 120K benefit in first year, and the 20% who aren't cut out for entrepreneurship had a relatively easy front end investment! Am I talking myself out of proper pricing? @Penny Chohaili @Aaron Fletcher 😅

@Penny Chohaili I've had several dozens of people go through Ignite at 6500 with a back end of 30K (80% conversions) then over the years I lowered the price (and time in delivery) to because I got bored of the program. Now I am not involved much and it's 3300 back end is 8700 and still has a 80% conversion rate. In my comment I meant talking myself out of keeping (not raising) these prices. But in case you meant the 24,000 to 100,000 well, I've had several proven and very visible successes with that market too. I was charging 3500 a day and most clients needed 6 days so, 24K. Now you have me thinking that's too low.
ROI on Module 1 Alone is in the Millions! Thank you!!!
Penny, thank you for class #1. Your story about the learning difference really hit home because I am dyslexic and have also been blessed with significant special ed that catapulted me to a top performer (learn how to use my dyslexia as a super power!!!) It was inspirational to hear your story and the one of your kids too. As to my reflections on class number one. At first I was a little sceptical of what I could possibly learn in module one, thinking that the juicy stuff would be in later modules. Well, wasn’t I pleasantly surprised when I DID the homework. Doing the work is where the MAGIC WAS!The currency calculator activity stood out as what I really needed. A missing piece in my knowledge. It got me to go 3-4 steps deeper into the motivations than I have in the past, and ensured I had a decrease column as well. However, the power came from the additional perspective on the HOT, WARM, COLD outcomes! But it got better. Then you MADE me add dollar $$$ values to how I save/make my clients money and even with conservative estimates, I make my clients/save 6-7 figures based on the Program. A real eye opener for me since I have a hard time charging my worth. But not anymore!!!! :) Brilliant! For one of my programs I’ve been charging 24K but it is clearly worth 50K, EASILY! Thank you! The ROI on this course is already in the millions. I am deeply grateful. @Penny Chohaili @Aaron Fletcher 💃
