New Video: Quick Start Guide to Fasting
I just uploaded a new video where I share some real, candid advice about getting through a fast - the challenges, the breakthroughs, and why it's so much more than just giving up food. I know we're all in different places with fasting. Some of you have never tried it, some are experienced, and some are curious but hesitant. @Christina Neville yes! Jesus tells us exactly what we need to do we just need to listen and give Him the glory! He doesn't say if you fast and pray He says when you fast and pray.

@Christina Neville they secret is to find a way to maintain the weight loss that is joyful, effortless, and aligned. When it is difficult or a struggle or we feel like we have to be disciplined, it is not sustainable because with all the other responsibilities and stress in our lives, it becomes overwhelming. This is what I am here to help with! Fasting is a great tool because even a 24 hour fast helps us get back on track and heal the food noise.

@Christina Neville yes there are so many benefits from allulose, it acts as a glp-1. We are very excited about it. It is an expensive ingredient so not a lot of products use it or they combine it with monk fruit but we solely use allulose. So glad you are loving them!

Progress update
This month was full of up and downs as I tried to transition from a ketosis diet to counting macros and eating carbs. I gained and gained and mentally I realized I just don’t do well on carbs. I took Jessicas advice and decided to carb cycle Friday and Saturday and stay in ketosis the other days. I am already feeling so much better as I am back in ketosis. Bloat is gone, aches are gone and mentally doing much better.

@Violet Rainwater I’m really proud of you for experimenting and paying attention to how your body feels. That is the real work. There is no ā€œrightā€ or ā€œwrongā€ way to eat. There is only what your body can tolerate right now while still moving you toward the results you want. If low carb helps you feel stable and clear, that’s completely valid. We can get results on any style of eating when it’s aligned and sustainable. The only reason I encourage most women to keep carbs in the mix, even in a carb cycling model, is because long term it supports a healthier metabolism. When we stay very low carb for too long, the metabolism naturally slows down, stress hormones rise, and eventually weight loss gets harder. It also becomes very difficult to transition off that low carb roller coaster once the body adapts to it. But your experience matters most. You’re doing the right thing by finding a rhythm that supports your energy, mood, and progress. And carb cycling is a great middle ground because it lets you feel the stability you like while still giving your metabolism what it needs to thrive long term. Keep listening to your body the way you are. You’re doing beautifully.
