@Christina Neville yes! Jesus tells us exactly what we need to do we just need to listen and give Him the glory! He doesn't say if you fast and pray He says when you fast and pray.

@Christina Neville they secret is to find a way to maintain the weight loss that is joyful, effortless, and aligned. When it is difficult or a struggle or we feel like we have to be disciplined, it is not sustainable because with all the other responsibilities and stress in our lives, it becomes overwhelming. This is what I am here to help with! Fasting is a great tool because even a 24 hour fast helps us get back on track and heal the food noise.

@Christina Neville yes there are so many benefits from allulose, it acts as a glp-1. We are very excited about it. It is an expensive ingredient so not a lot of products use it or they combine it with monk fruit but we solely use allulose. So glad you are loving them!
