Can I Still Eat This?
That is the first question I get from almost every client. Pizza. Fruit. Cheese. You name it. And the answer is always yes. Here is the real truth though: we are not confused about food. We are confused about how to put food together. That is why so many people feel stuck. You can absolutely eat the foods you love. But if you are just throwing things together without a strategy, your body is not going to respond the way you want. That is exactly where the Puzzle Method comes in.
