Happy New Year!
For January, we’re going to be talking a lot about metabolic health. Not dieting or restriction, and not trying to force your body into something it can’t sustain, but actually understanding how your body works and how to support it so weight loss and energy stop feeling so frustrating.
I’ll be sharing teachings throughout the month around things like why weight loss often feels harder as we get older, why food feels so confusing for so many people, and what actually supports metabolic health long term in real life.
My goal here is simple: clarity and to get away from the confusion.
