Self_schedule
Why is there no way to cancel or view who the AI will call using self_schedule. Lost a lead today because the AI didn't understand and self_scheduled. There was no way to find or stop the AI from calling them back. Seems like there should be a list somewhere showing who is self-scheduled so they can be cancelled manually.

@Christian Betancourt That's helpful, but somewhat useless if there is no way to stop it. What if they schedule an appointment before the call-back? There really should be an easy way to see the list and cancel or reschedule the call manually.

@Sean McGinnis That doesn't solve the problem of not being able to stop it. Let's say they self book an appointment from our website. We don't want the AI to call them back to try and book them. There really needs to be a way to see the queue and be able to remove a name.
Checking Availability
Anybody else having issues with the assistant checking availability? It never seems to go through. Just stalls.

Support had me add the calendar ID to the prompt when telling it to check availability or book appointment. That seemed to have fixed it.

Managing Self Schedule ❓
Is there a way to manage the Self Schedule function? Example: The user asked to be called back after a certain date so the assistant self_schedules to call them back. We listen to the call recording and decide we want to call them back manually. Is there a way to cancel the self_schedule or see who the bot is scheduled to call back?

DND respected?
Does assistable voice respect GHL DND toggles. In other words, if we set a contact to DND for Calls & Voicemail, but then they accidentally get added to a workflow that initiates the "Make AI Call" action, will it call the contact or not?

@Maurice M thanks for the heads up. I went ahead and implemented it. I can understand your sentiment, but I do feel like this is would be an important thing for Assistable to check, and would be relatively easy to implement. Could even be a toggle in the assistant settings... "Ignore DND" for chat and voice. By default it would respect DND, but would give the ability to override
Been days on 1 project but can't get it right.
I've been trying alot of prompts and all the right ones but upon execution, my voice bot always leaves behind some issue of either asking for email or something and is never complete. I've been on it for days, is there anyone that could help me real time test it by calling and alayzing the issues? I'd be grateful. Also the major issues are: 1) Calling contact, feels issues somewhere in acquiring name/ email or booking an appointment. 2) If it doesn't book the appointment, the contact gets created and the Contact name is given as Guest caller 0901910 whatever. I can't figure out why Assistable can not import the right first and last name into the GHL CRM. I've done everything, tools and all. For days. And I can't seem to be fixing the entire problem. I've made workflows in GHL to take the client ahead but the onboarding process through assistable always lags me behind. Please Help.
