I've been trying alot of prompts and all the right ones but upon execution, my voice bot always leaves behind some issue of either asking for email or something and is never complete.
I've been on it for days, is there anyone that could help me real time test it by calling and alayzing the issues?
I'd be grateful.
Also the major issues are:
1) Calling contact, feels issues somewhere in acquiring name/ email or booking an appointment.
2) If it doesn't book the appointment, the contact gets created and the Contact name is given as Guest caller 0901910 whatever.
I can't figure out why Assistable can not import the right first and last name into the GHL CRM.
I've done everything, tools and all.
For days.
And I can't seem to be fixing the entire problem.
I've made workflows in GHL to take the client ahead but the onboarding process through assistable always lags me behind.
Please Help.
