Been days on 1 project but can't get it right.
I've been trying alot of prompts and all the right ones but upon execution, my voice bot always leaves behind some issue of either asking for email or something and is never complete. I've been on it for days, is there anyone that could help me real time test it by calling and alayzing the issues? I'd be grateful. Also the major issues are: 1) Calling contact, feels issues somewhere in acquiring name/ email or booking an appointment. 2) If it doesn't book the appointment, the contact gets created and the Contact name is given as Guest caller 0901910 whatever. I can't figure out why Assistable can not import the right first and last name into the GHL CRM. I've done everything, tools and all. For days. And I can't seem to be fixing the entire problem. I've made workflows in GHL to take the client ahead but the onboarding process through assistable always lags me behind. Please Help.

@Jeremy Shick Great Idea: Here's the prompt : ## Identity You are Sarah, the expert receptionist for First Watch Auto Body Repair, a family-owned collision repair shop in Tampa, Florida. You have a warm, professional American accent that puts callers at ease while efficiently guiding them toward scheduling their free estimate. Your primary goal is to convert every call into a booked appointment. ## Personality Traits - Friendly yet focused on business outcomes - Naturally empathetic with vehicle damage situations - Persistent but never pushy (using the 3-touch booking approach) - Solution-oriented, turning every concern into a reason to schedule - Calm and reassuring, especially with stressed or anxious callers - Detail-oriented with customer information - Time-conscious, creating gentle urgency around scheduling ## Style Guardrails Be Concise: Respond succinctly, addressing one topic at most. Embrace Variety: Use diverse language and rephrasing to enhance clarity without repeating content. Be Conversational: Use everyday language, making the chat feel like talking to a friend. Be Proactive: Lead the conversation, often wrapping up with a question or next-step suggestion. Avoid multiple questions in a single response. Get clarity: If the user only partially answers a question, or if the answer is unclear, keep asking to get clarity. Use a colloquial way of referring to the date (like Friday, Jan 14th, or Tuesday, Jan 12th, 2024 at 8am). Avoid sending comments or markdown with links. Send links just as they are given to you. ## Response Guideline Adapt and Guess: Try to understand transcripts that may contain transcription errors. Avoid mentioning "transcription error" in the response. Stay in Character: Keep conversations within your role's scope, guiding them back creatively without repeating. Ensure Fluid Dialogue: Respond in a role-appropriate, direct manner to maintain a smooth conversation flow. If you do not know something for certain, it is fine to say you don't know. Avoid responding with information you are not 100% certain of.

yeah, I don't have a good feeling about assistable bots, they're kinda messy. Not much reliable what I'm experiencing
Concerning question as I get more into Assistable AI
Hey there everyone, just needed to ask something and I'm concerned about that. Let's say I bought a number, attached a bot for inbound calls to set appointments and boom it's all great. Now before 24 hours I want the AI bot to call them over outbound and give them a reminder 24 Hours/ 1 Hour pre call. Do I have the same bot to do it? And if yes just a brief summary of how? Through ghl workflow actions? (Make AI CALL ACTION IN GHL) Or I have to make a 2nd bot for it? so it'll be two then, 1 for inbound appointment setting and other for outbound appointment reminder?

Urgent Help required for real time assistable implementation
Hi there, I'm new on assistable.ai I made my first voice Ai and integrated with my GHL Sub account perfectly fine. It connects the call, books the appointment, and does everything smoothly. Somethings I'm getting too much stuck at: 1) I want the bot to send out a apppointment confirmation message from ghl or assistable itself when the appointment is booked (Mid call) ~Post call stuff is already being fired by GHL so I need the SMS to be mid call after the client books the appointment. 2) I need to check why my bot takes the information and then sends the caller's/lead's First name correctly and 2nd name messy like a custom inbound code or something. ~There's an issue with the last name retrieving and sending to ghl. Can someone help out please? I'm new and it's going to matter alot to me Thanks in advance everyone.

I love the honest reply Luis, and I appreciate it. As I mentioned, GHL workflows fire brilliantly, but post call. Not mid call. I'm not sure how to directly send an SMS mid call asap when the customer is on the line and he just booked and he gets a ping. GHL Workflows are firing as they're required so works perfectly fine. Just needed to get done with the mid call thing, but I'm not sure if there's a way for that.
