Community SET UP
Hi everybody! I hope you are all doing well 😃 I’d love to hear your feedback on the community setup. The classrooms are mainly a content library, designed for easy use at the office, on the app, or on the computer. There are no theories or long explanations, simply because they are not needed. The goal is to connect with the body without overthinking — just by feeling. The community wall is a space for sharing information and conversations, for those who enjoy connecting that way. This is the idea so far, and I’d really value your thoughts. Does this feel comfortable and easy for you to use? Would you prefer to keep it simple, or would you like a bit more content to read?

Hi Karo, thanks for your post. I find the setup super easy to follow and really useful. Maybe just a short description page in Classroom on how to do the exercises for new users — but as I understand, this is already in creation 😊👍🏻

Hey! I just did the 'unwind the back and hips' video. Once again, it’s such a calm approach, nothing jarring at all. As soon as I started breathing with the count, I was honestly about to drift off! I might not be the best example though, since I’m zen by nature 🤣. Anyway, thank you for sharing this kind of content; I’m convinced it could help so many people if it gets the visibility it deserves.☀️

I just finished the 'Video 3: Mobility and Stretch' and it’s truly mind-blowing. By focusing on your cues and my breathing, my thoughts just scattered, and a sense of calm took over. It’s so wild because it looks like nothing on the surface, but in practice, it’s almost magical. A thousand thanks for what you share.
