When do you know if you are doing the breathwork correct? Sometimes in sessions I feel tingly and my ears start to hear a whoosh or something. I feel like sometimes I can take deeper breaths but then maybe it is to deep?

I just did the 15min breathwork, it was amazing! The combination of the breathwork, the feeling in your body and the music! Does somebody knows the last track of the session? Thanks in advance :)

To those that came to the Workshop last night, HOW EPIC WAS THAT!? Hundreds of us gathering from all over the world to feel, to heal, and to breath. I truly got to see the power of the breath and the power that we all have within us.
