Nori wraps ✨😘🌱🥑🥭
There’s something so oceanic and primal about nori — those deep minerals from the sea paired with tropical sweetness… it’s such a beautiful balance. Why Nori Is So Nourishing - Rich in trace minerals (especially iodine) - Light but grounding - Supports thyroid and detox pathways - Satisfies salty cravings naturally Just make sure it’s untoasted nori if you want to keep it fully raw. 🥭 Creamy Mango Goddess Sauce This is where the magic happens. Blend: - 1 ripe mango - Juice of ½ lime - Small piece fresh ginger - Pinch chili (optional) - A few drops coconut aminos (optional, for depth) It becomes this silky, sweet, slightly tangy nectar that melts into the avocado. 🥑 Inside the Wrap You can keep it simple and mono-ish (which I know you love for digestion), or add texture: - Avocado slices - Cucumber strips - Red bell pepper - Sprouts - Shredded carrot - Fresh herbs (cilantro or mint are beautiful here) Spread a little mango sauce, layer everything, roll gently… and eat slowly. Let it be a ritual. The combination of: - 🥑 creamy fat - 🥭 tropical sweetness - 🌿 crunchy freshness - 🌊 salty sea essence It’s such a perfectly balanced, mucus-light meal. Do you usually keep yours simple with avocado + mango, or do you love adding extra crunch and greens too?

Emotional Healing ❤️✨
My beautiful family 🤍 I want to open my heart and share with you why I have been quiet. The past period has taken me into a very deep space of emotional healing, releasing, and transformation. It was not a linear path, and it was not always light. I moved through waves of heavy emotions, grief, memories, realizations, and truths that my soul was finally ready to face. I struggled a little with my diet during this time. I stayed healthy, but allowed myself more cooked foods, more grounding, more softness, because healing is not about perfection, it is about honesty. I needed space to simply be with myself, with my feelings, with my own energy, without forcing, without escaping, without pretending to be strong. Detox is not always easy or beautiful in the way people imagine. Sometimes detox means crying for hours. Sometimes it means feeling grief you didn’t know was still inside you. Sometimes it means seeing parts of yourself you once avoided. Sometimes it feels like everything is dissolving, your identity, your patterns, your old self, so something more true can be born. And yet… within the heaviness, there was beauty. Deep beauty. Sacred beauty. I felt layers leaving me. I felt old pain dissolving. I felt myself softening, opening, transforming. It was one of the deepest and most difficult shedding periods of my life, but also one of the most real, most honest, most powerful. I cried. I released. I allowed. I surrendered. I listened. I stayed with myself. I did not run away from what I felt. And in that space, something inside me became quieter, clearer, truer. I want you to know, if you ever walk through something like this, you are not broken. You are not going backwards. You are not failing. You are healing. You are shedding. You are remembering. You are becoming. Healing is not a race. It is not a straight line. It is a sacred unfolding. Move gently. Move honestly. Move at your own rhythm, your own pace, step by step, breath by breath. I love you all so deeply. I am holding you in my heart and sending you the softest, warmest, most beautiful healing energy on your journey. 🤍

Cabbage Asian Coleslaw 🥕🥬

Add shredded white cabbage and carrots to a bowl. 2. Whisk all dressing ingredients together. 3. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well. 4. Let sit 10–15 minutes to soften slightly and absorb flavor. Optional (if you want to elevate it ✨) - Sprinkle sesame seeds - Add sliced spring onion - A pinch of chili flakes - A squeeze of extra lime before serving 🥗 Tip: If you want it extra tender, lightly massage the cabbage with the dressing for 1–2 minutes.
