Hello beautiful healers! 💛 We had an incredible meeting where our community shared insights, experiences, and tips for thriving on a raw vegan lifestyle. Here’s a detailed recap for anyone who couldn’t attend, or wants a refresher: 1️⃣ Starting Slowly & Hydration 💦 I emphasised the importance of gradual transition, don’t rush your body. Start introducing raw foods slowly while maintaining proper hydration. - Lemon water in the morning helps kickstart your digestion. - Celery juice supports detoxification and gut health. - High-water content fruits like watermelon, oranges, and grapes are amazing for easing into raw foods. 2️⃣ Juice Fasting & Detox Insights 🌱 Michael shared his experience with juice fasting and detoxing: - Juice fasting can help reset the body and improve energy levels. - Avoid overdoing it, balancing juices and fruits with gentle detox protocols is key. - A mucus-free diet supports parasite cleansing and liver health. - He recommended keeping fats moderate and suggested Medical Medium’s Liver Rescue book for guidance. I added that detox symptoms are normal: dizziness, fatigue, or emotional flare-ups may occur. Gentle movement like yoga, walking, or dance can help your lymphatic system and energy flow. 3️⃣ Fruit-Based & Raw Food Diet Practices 🥭🍍 Luke and Alfredino shared their experiences: - Eating high-water fruits and doing mono-meals supports digestion and energy. - Luke highlighted how a fruit-based diet can support bodybuilding and strength training. - Alfredino shared insights on the APOS (Apple, Prune, Olive, Spinach) protocol for prana healing, and emphasized detoxing from heavy metals and stress. I added my personal journey: ✨ - Removing fats and processed foods improved my mental clarity and energy. - Preparing food in advance is crucial, and listening to your body’s caloric needs ensures smooth transitions. 4️⃣ Holistic Health Practices 🌞 We also talked about supporting your body beyond food: - Movement: trampoline rebounding, dancing, Pilates, and walking for lymphatic health. - Sauna and cold baths can help detox gently. - Meditation and journaling support emotional detox and self-awareness. - Self-love and positive affirmations are essential for healing and motivation.
