Government Lists Pulling
Hi wholesale family. Has anyone else had challenges when trying to pull these lists? It is not clear in my head how to do this. HelpšŸ™ƒ

Pre-foreclosure direct from the clerk of court. I’ve tried a few counties in Florida. It seems you can’t pull a full file or I just don’t know how to do it.

Even though it's the weekend. Don't take your foot off the gas pedal. Make those follow up calls, make those offers, go driving for dollars, send those Email and or SMS text blast. Do something to get yourself closer to that next deal or first deal.

@Daves Mathew I am mostly calling (frustrating as many phone #’s are wrong or disconnected) or goes strait to answering system. But I also mail a lot. I have texted, but not much. I’m ready to change the dynamic now Zach & Rick’s teachings.
