How are you recording your calls?
Hey guys! I wanted to start recording and transcribing my calls so I can better see where my current "flaws" are when I am Cold Calling. Any software or ideas? I am using Google Voice on the computer as my dialer

@Mr. Michele Page @David Martinez. Apparently, there is no cost per call. I only pay a flat rate of $10.00 whether I use it or not. I am attaching a screenshot from my account settings. The number is set up as a US number so, as long as I call other US numbers there should not be a charge per call.

What is everyone doing if you have the possibility of a pretty good deal but they don’t wanna work with whole sellers!?

I would tell them that you work with several partners, and that you partner up with a specific partner depending on the area and condition of the property. You have partners that buy rehabs, others that buy rentals, others that buy and hold anything and that it guarantees that the money will be there on the day of closing. Slowly drift away from the "ugly" connotation of "Wholesaler"

Virtual as a newbie
Hey, I am looking into doing virtual. For those that are virtual how difficult is it when starting out? What have your experiences been?

Hi there @Stephen Vitkow! I am virtually wholesaling too! The good thing about being a newbie is that simply by doing you are already learning, since making mistakes and learn how to become more efficient is part of the process, the only way in which you "fail" is by not doing anything. I'd say Pick a market, (100k+ population, 300k median home price), pull a list (absentee owner, tax delinquency, code violation), and start dialing. That is the beginning. Everything will start making more and more sense soon enough after you start doing it. Don't be afraid to pick the "wrong" market or list. Pick one and hit those phones. You got this!
