☀️Was just on the health & wealth call with @Kat Oakley and my husband called so I had my 6 year old answer. ⭐Now they're talking about their favorite pokemon and stuff like that and it's adorable to listen to (my 6 year old has my husband on speaker phone). 🦋After being together for 11 years, if i'm being honest, it's not always butterflies. 🌈But i'm happy that there are still so many sweet moments like this where i'm just grateful that he's the person i'm married to and get to spend my life and share my children with. 👇So, i'm curious, what are some of the things that your spouse does that still gives you butterflies?

Before I was an entrepreneur and before I became a mom, I was a student loan debt collector for the federal government. Sounds so weird to say because it's been so long! 😖Back when I worked for someone else, Mondays SUCKED. Waking up early to start the weekly grind was not my idea of a life well-lived. Now, I actually LOVE mondays. Why? I actually love what I do. 👉My Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days of the week, but I LOVE having the freedom to schedule how my days will look. So, on Mondays, I have several appointments and calls to make and I have projects to tackle. 😁But I intentionally added them to my calendar by choice and don't have a boss breathing down my neck with quotas to hit and write ups if I need to miss a day or re-schedule things. Over the last 4 years, I’ve been quietly stacking skills one by one. At first, I didn’t realize what I was building — I just wanted to learn how to design a flyer, edit a video, or set up a funnel. But when I look back now, the picture is clear: 🎨 Creative Skills: - Graphic design (flyers, brochures, social posts, reels) - Video editing (LumaFusion, CapCut, Canva) - Podcast/audio editing - Book creation ⚙️ Technical & Systems Skills: - Cloudflare + Namecheap configuration - Subdomain creation - GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, pipelines, products, blogs, surveys, Twilio, Mailgun) - Zapier automations - ChatGPT prompting 📈 Business & Marketing Skills: - Facebook Ads - Email marketing - Reselling - Real estate deal finding - Even deep-dive research to find people’s contact info Piece by piece, it felt small. But together? It transformed me. I realized I’m not just a funnel builder, designer, or marketer. I’ve become something bigger. ✨ I call it being a Digital Alchemist. ✨ Because I can take raw ideas and turn them into living businesses, blending creativity, tech, and strategy like alchemy. Everyone has their own reasons for pursuing mompreneurship. For some it's out of necessity. For others, it's the pursuit of the life that they desire for themselves and their children. For me, entrepreneurship has allowed me to: 🍼have 4 kids without worrying about maternity leave and having to go back to work before i'm ready 💃stay home with my children and raise them 💸afford things that we couldn't otherwise afford on just my husband's income (or even the standard income that i'd probably get if I worked for someone else) 👩‍🏫homeschool my children 🏡take care of my house and husband ❤️be active in local charity Why are you pursuing mompreneurship?👇
