☝️I figured out how to put sales on autopilot 6 years ago
No, I’m not talking about some “set it and forget it” BS… Where you still have to manually qualify leads, jump on discovery calls, and pray someone shows up. I mean REAL autopilot. Where I could flip a switch, spend $50/day, and my calendar would fill with qualified prospects. People who actually showed up and were ready to buy. (Maybe you seen some of my sales calls) Back in the day… My team would come to me and say: “We can handle more clients” or… “We need to increase revenue” And I’d just… turn it on. Calendar booked in a couple days. Ultimate control. But here’s the thing… It took me forever to figure out what actually WORKED. I tested every framework. “Funnel Hacked” Tried all these hyped-up ad angles. And what I discovered changed everything: It all came down to finding ONE catalyst motivator. One central emotion that was SO frustrating to my prospects that even the slightest mention of it had people flocking to my funnel. Not “multiple pain points.” Not “comprehensive messaging.” ONE emotional trigger that made everything else irrelevant. In many cases, a single phrase made the entire thing work. And I got so good at it… I could do it again, and again, and again. That’s when you know you’re good… When you can duplicate. And I give that same process to everyone in Agency MVP. Some are better at it than others… Like Jarem. Jarem’s an agency owner who struggled with getting clients for YEARS. Before learning my process… His leads were either unqualified, were too expensive, or ghosted their appointments. Like me… I’m sure he started to think this whole sales funnel thing was a lie. That was before he learned my EM 1-2 system. (That’s the fancy name I gave it) After he implemented it? He spent $50/day on ads. Within a couple days: Completely booked out. 90%+ show rate. (Not 30%. Not 50%. NINETY percent.) And in his SECOND WEEK… He closed 3 high-ticket clients. Then he called me with a problem: “Hey Sam… I need to hire somebody to help me with onboarding. I don’t like doing it.”

Exact Breakdown of the Real Estate Niche.
☝️Looks like this lady’s been bingeing my YouTube channel… Because this was my exact breakdown of the real estate niche. Walk with me. Here’s what she nailed: ✅Specific > Generic: “1+ acre homes near Nampa/Caldwell/Emmett” beats “homes in Idaho.” Specificity = instant relevance. ✅Built-in qualifiers: “3+ beds, 2 baths, reasonably priced.” Expectations set. Time-wasters filtered. ✅ Frictionless hand-raise: “Comment ‘send the list.’” Low commitment → high engagement. You’d need that in RE. 🔥 Solid. But here’s how I’d crank it up: ☝️Pain-first hook: “Sick of tiny yards? Get this week’s list of acreage homes under $___ in Treasure Valley.” ☝️Time-box + scarcity: Make it a weekly drop (“Updated Fridays, limited inventory”) → urgency. ☝️Auto-qualify in Messenger: After “send the list,” ask 4 quick Qs: Budget, financing, acreage, move-by date. ☝️Proof snippet: “Last week’s list: 8 homes. 3 went pending in 5 days.” Micro-proof > big promises. Why this works: It’s solving a present pain (“I can’t find acreage homes I can actually afford”) with a simple mechanism (comment → curated list). Once it converts? Clone it: • Pool homes • RV parking / 3-car garage • Homes with shops • New builds under $X • Waterfront / view lots Same skeleton. Swap the niche. Duplicate across cities. That’s the system. I want you to make more money…
Let’s say you’re charging $500 a month. You flip on some ads… It takes you 1 min. (Thank you UpHex) And you bring in 100 leads. Everyone’s clapping. “Nice job,” they say. Until two weeks later… Half the leads ghost. The other half “aren’t ready yet.” And your client? They’re blaming you. “These leads suck.” You go from “yippee”… To “gosh-darn-dagtummit) (First time I’ve ever written that word) Because deep down… You know the problem isn’t the leads. It’s what happens AFTER. It’s always what happens after. Geez. Most agencies live up here 👆 At the top of the funnel. Clicks. Leads. Done. What to do? What CAN you do? Well imagine this. Let’s move you closer to the sale. You change how far you’ll go. Instead of “lead gen,” you say: “We book appointments that show.” So you dial in on your target. You get lead to raise their hands. Add automations. And tighten follow-up. Maybe you throw in Closebot… Yeah that’ll move prospects! Same ad spend. Same lead flow. But this time? Instead of 100 leads… You get 25 appointments. Half of ‘em show. 13 total. Client closes 5. At $3,000 per sale? That’s $15,000 in new revenue. From the same budget. Now guess what happens? You’re not a “vendor” anymore. You’re the profit center. And profit centers don’t get cut. They get paid more. In fact… That $500 you charge. It’s starting to look a little silly. Time to jack up them fees! “You will pay me 2k or I walk!” (How fun would that be to say?) So here’s the rule: Top of funnel = volume. Bottom of funnel = value. And value always pays more. Inside MVP, we teach agencies how to move from selling leads to selling outcomes. Because the closer you get to the money… …the more of it ends up in your pocket.
