Terrible takes. If you were Michel Jordan you wouldn’t be asking how do I stop my addiction, because you’re addictions are not relevant whatsoever. It’s like trying to upgrade your gear without leveling up yourself.

@Julian K By the time you’ve done this enough, you’ll forget who you are and why your doing it.
I know I got to do this, But I don't.
"I know I should be studying cuz my exams are 2 months far. I know if I studied just 3-4 hours a day I can get very good grades, but I don't study. For the last 3 days, I've been obsessed with chess. In 3 days I have played like 6-7 hours of chess each day, and when I lose, I try to learn openings and to do chess puzzles. I think it's a good thing instead of scrolling reels, but I'm still not studying no matter what I do even If I watch anime or play chess or just procrastinate, it's no progress towards my goal. In the last ten days, I only studied like 5 hours ig, which is 0.5 hours each. This is messed up. I know the consequences and I'm aware of myself not doing anything. People say blame yourself to grow; I do, but nth changed. They say accept who you are, I accept I'm lazy so how do I fix this? Just wondering if some philosophers thought abt this shit and gave solutions."

You attract what you are. If nothing around you can bridge towards discipline, it wont just spawn in. This is more of a 1+1 type of scenario, the answer will always be 2 whether you look at it from Plato’s lens or your own.
Are offensive memes actually our way to resolve trauma?
I feel we are just sadistic, the classical monkey pulling others down

You “feel”. What does that even mean? Like in your balls or something bro? Never understood why people say, “I feel like” instead of “I think”. What does offensive memes have to do with people pulling others down? Are you genuinely hurt by it bro? Hold on….. you feel it right, mb.
