Boys, Currently experimenting with micro dosing long term again. What are your thoughts on the matter?

My experience has been that microdosing tends to have more placebo-like qualities than people usually acknowledge. I haven’t seen it produce the kind of deep restructuring that full-dose work can catalyze — but the evidence overall is still thin, so anyone claiming certainty is overreaching. For me, the real transformation has always come after the experience: the integration, the discipline, the meditation, the daily choices. Psychedelics can open a door, but they can’t walk you through it. That part is entirely on you....and that's what people lose sometimes, I think. They think the medicines will magically transform them. :)
Starting 75-Hard this week! Who is in?
Starting with @Gerardo Patino and perhaps some other men here. We'll use the buddy system tab here to keep us all on board! @Steve Webb I know you may want to join us? With love, B

Book Reco
Here is the book I mentioned in our chat Buddha Walks into a Bar by Lodro Rinzler. Happy to pass my copy along to someone else at an upcoming meet up if they want it for free also. Here is synopsis if its helpful. "This isn’t your grandmother’s book on meditation. The Buddha Walks Into a Bar . . . is about integrating that "spiritual practice thing" into a life that includes beer, sex, social media, and a boss who doesn’t understand you. It’s about making a difference in yourself and making a difference in your world, whether you’ve got everything figured out yet or not. This is Buddhism for a new generation—one that is leaving the safe growth spurts of college and entering a turbulent, uncertain workforce." @Jason Knight was the Adyashanti book you shared "The End of Your World"? I wanted to just confirm so I could add to my reading list.

Reading it now!
Another small win today, morning routine
Instead of waking up and scrolling on my phone, I woke up, 🚿 took a shower, 🧹 cleaned my place, and 🧘‍♂️ prepared for meditation. This is how I’d love most of my mornings to be — feeling clear, grounded, and ready to go. 🙌 Just wanted to celebrate it with you all 🎉 ✨ Have an awesome Friday! ✨ What’s a small Friday win you want to share? Even the SMALLEST counts — let’s celebrate together 🎯🎊

@Brandon Mehrgut Yeah, I would highly suggest a re-read, if you don't have a copy I can bring you mine next time I see you. I think it's an interesting book to re-read every few years, as we 'grow'...because to me, it's less like reading a book and more like meditating directly with Tolle.

@Brandon Mehrgut I won't. I'm taking my mom to her first 'ceremony' in the mountains of Santa Fe that weekend, should be interesting.
