Just you, your breath, your body, your life. Today is your last rep. Finish strong. Day 6 no phone challenge
Day 6... no phone for an hour I barely scroll anymore... even with being unemployed. It just isn't really appealing anymore. Its been easier to see how much emotional turmoil comes from daily exposure to social media
