Seller Financing Deal
Hi everyone. Anyone willing to take advantage of a 16 unit as seller is offering seller financing. I have all the details if you want further information. The deal is in Miami FL. I am willing to take a finder’s fee on this since I do not have the financial resources for the deal . I also have another deal that has assumable option and I would be willing to just take a finders fee only.
