Why Most Struggle to Close Deals (And How to Fix It)
Most people think virtual wholesaling is just about finding leads and making offers. But the truth is, the biggest difference between those who close deals consistently and those who don’t comes down to one key thing! 🔑 🥲 NOT the market. 🥲 NOT the software. 🥲 NOT even the lead source. Once I figured this out, my entire business changed. If you’re struggling to close deals virtually, this is probably the missing piece. 🧩 An Iron-Clad Sales Process! 📝 A flow you can follow from hello to a signed contract that works for every closeable deals. NOBODY closes EVERY seller. But you should be able to close the ones who have all 4 of the pillars of motivation if you have a good sales process. A good sales process will unlock the motivation sellers are hiding, get to the true value of the property, and make sure you’re getting deals that can ACTUALLY be sold ! (Emphasis on actually be sold‼️)

What’s up everyone
Hey what’s up everyone, my name is Jon, I’m out here in Cali. Began wholesaling back in 2022 after joining Tadis Virtual group, closed a few deals but was challenging to get consistent deal flows on a monthly basis. Have had setbacks throughout my journey and had to put wholesaling on pause for most of last year and pivot to get certain things aligned. Never lost sight of my ultimate goal and looking forward in getting back into the grind. I started last week focusing on acquisition and going through all my old leads I generated throughout the year. I haven’t began cold calling again yet but will eventually. Want to really continue to focus on my acquisition skills as I am rusty, anyone here who may be looking for a roleplay partner, feel free to reach out. Let’s connect.

I’m in North Carolina now but I’d like to get some deals for my buyers. I focus on land. What’s your focus on right now?
Just because it COULD be a deal, doesn’t mean it SHOULD
I’ve actually walked away from a potential deal. Three years ago I dealt with an elderly woman who really didn’t want to sell but she needed money to move to California with her daughter and grandkids. I was able to help her get the cash she needed and she was able to keep her property. I say this to say, PROVIDE SOLUTIONS. Even if that solution doesn’t line your pockets, people will trust you and want to do business with you in the future.

@Marcus Dennis Absolutely I do! Thanks for contributing that. You know sometimes I’ll even chat with the secretary or whoever is answering the phones. They’ve given me some contacts and also little tidbits on current projects. Here’s another Avenue: Type “land acquisition specialist” and whatever company into LinkedIn. I’ve called and already knew who to ask for and was able to get their email or phone number.
