Hey Tadi, what’s your thoughts on offering owner finance to a seller on a property that needs full renovation? Do you think a flipper would be interested if we get good terms on it? I have a seller ready to sell at 75K, ARV- about 160-165k conservatively. From the comps looks like I can get cash buyers to purchase at the 75K price. Trying to lock her at 65K but not budging.

Hey what’s up everyone, my name is Jon, I’m out here in Cali. Began wholesaling back in 2022 after joining Tadis Virtual group, closed a few deals but was challenging to get consistent deal flows on a monthly basis. Have had setbacks throughout my journey and had to put wholesaling on pause for most of last year and pivot to get certain things aligned. Never lost sight of my ultimate goal and looking forward in getting back into the grind.
