Timed Support Access in GHL
If you run an agency, you have been here before. A client issue pops up, you open a support ticket, and support needs to look inside your account. That is normal. What is not normal is leaving support access on longer than needed, then hoping nobody forgets about it. That is how small risks turn into big problems. Temporary Support Access in GHL fixes this with one simple control inside Agency View settings. You can enable access, set a timer, extend it if the ticket runs long, or revoke it the second the work is done. ✅ Here is why this matters: You stay in control of your agency account at all times. Access is time-limited, so it shuts off when the window ends. You can end access instantly if the fix is done early. It is easier to explain to clients who care about security and compliance. If you want to use it the right way, keep it simple: Turn it on only when you have an active ticket. Pick the shortest time window that still works. Extend only with a reason. Revoke as soon as the issue is confirmed fixed. This is one of those “boring but important” updates. It does not make you more creative. It makes you more professional. And it keeps your agency tighter when things get busy. Have you set up Temporary Support Access in GHL yet, or are you still handling support access the old way? 👇 Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/temporary-support-access-in-ghl-turn-it-on-set-a-timer/

Timed Support Access in GHL
One-Click CRM Setup with Templates
If you build Custom Objects in GoHighLevel, you already know the grind. You create the object. Then fields. Then folders. Then associations. Then you realize you missed something and you are back in the setup loop again. Custom Object Templates fix that. This update adds pre-built, industry-specific CRM layouts you can import in one click. You pick a template, preview what it includes, then hit Import objects. Now you have the core structure in place, ready for real work. What you get after import: You get custom objects built for the niche. You get fields already created and grouped into folders, so the layout stays clean. You get associations already set, so records connect to the right contacts and companies. Templates available right now cover niches like Real Estate, Insurance, Automotive, SaaS, Events, Pets, and Home Services. So if you have been setting up similar CRM structures over and over, this is a big time saver. ✅ Agency owners, you will feel this one the most. Instead of rebuilding a CRM foundation for every new client, you can standardize your setup across sub-accounts. That means faster onboarding, less confusion for staff, and fewer “why is this not linked?” problems later. Quick move: import the template first, create a few test records, and let your team use it for a day. Then make small changes based on real use. That is how you keep the CRM simple and usable. If you try it, I want to know. Which template fits your niche best, and what fields did you tweak after the import? 🚀 Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/custom-object-templates-one-click-crm-setup-in-gohighlevel/

Delete Store Is Finally Safe
If you manage stores inside GoHighLevel, this is an update you want to know about. Delete Store is now scoped. That means when you delete a store, GHL removes only the store pages. Your main website pages stay untouched. ✅ Here is what gets deleted when you use Delete Store: - Products List - Product Details - Cart - Checkout - Thank You Here is what does not get deleted: - Your normal website pages like Home, About, Services, and Contact This matters for agencies and teams because it reduces the risk of a full-site accident during cleanup. If a VA or team member needs to remove a store, they can do it with less fear and fewer surprises. Another solid improvement is consistency. It no longer matters where you delete the store from. Whether you delete from the Stores list or from Store Settings, the results are the same. That makes it easier to train your team and keep your SOP simple. 👍 Also, the delete confirmation message is clearer. It tells you that only store-related pages will be deleted, which cuts down on confusion. One reminder to keep straight: - Delete Store removes store pages only - Delete Website still deletes the entire website, including store pages tied to it 🚫 If you do store cleanup often, take two minutes to update your internal checklist: 1. Confirm the correct sub-account 2. Confirm the correct store name 3. Delete the store 4. Check your site menus for old store links That is it. Safer deletes, fewer support tickets, and a lot less stress. Store Checkout Consent Checkbox
If you sell anything through GoHighLevel Stores, you’ll want this turned on. GHL now includes a checkout consent checkbox inside Store Checkout. That means a customer must accept your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before they can pay. The checkbox shows right before the payment button, starts unchecked, and blocks checkout until it’s selected. Simple, clear, and hard to argue with later. ✅ Why this matters: A lot of store owners only link policies in the footer and hope for the best. That’s fine until a dispute shows up or you sell into stricter regions like the EU or UK. This feature gives you a clean consent moment at the exact point of purchase, without slowing down the rest of the checkout flow. What you can do with it: You can edit the label text, add links for Terms and Privacy, and keep everything consistent across desktop and mobile. If you manage client stores, this becomes an easy checkbox item in your launch process. Turn it on, add the right links, test it once, and you’re done. Quick setup path: Sites → Stores → open store → Pages → Checkout → select Checkout element → enable Terms and Conditions → add links → publish → test desktop and mobile. If you’re running stores for clients, this is one of those “quiet wins” that makes you look sharp. Fewer headaches, better compliance, and a cleaner checkout experience. 💪 Are you enabling this on every store you manage, or only for certain niches and regions? Unified Comment Inbox in GHL
If you manage social comments and Community conversations, you know the real problem is not replying. It’s juggling tabs, losing context, and missing threads when things get busy. GoHighLevel just cleaned that up. Community comments now show inside Social Planner under the Comments tab, so you can work from one unified comment inbox instead of bouncing between platforms. That means you can reply to Community post comments right inside GHL, alongside Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok comments. Here’s what makes this useful: You respond faster because everything is in one view. You miss fewer conversations because Community is part of your normal comment sweep. You can use @ mentions to tag Community members in replies, so threads move forward without extra back and forth. Real-time sync keeps context accurate. If someone edits on the native platform, you see it reflected in Social Planner. Quick path to use it: Marketing → Social Planner → Comments → Community A few limits to know so you don’t get surprised: Attachments are not supported in replies. Comment editing is not available from Social Planner. Course mentions and event mentions are not supported right now. Max comment length is 8000 characters. If you run a Community, this helps keep members engaged because they get answers quicker. If you’re an agency, it’s a workflow win because your VA can clear comments across channels in one place, using one routine. Have you tried the unified comment inbox yet? If yes, did it cut down your response time or just make your day less chaotic? 🚀💬 Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/unified-comment-inbox-in-ghl/
