Affiliate Contact Fix in GHL CRM💡
If your affiliate links in GoHighLevel ever pointed to the wrong contact, you’re not alone 😬 Now there’s a fix. GHL just dropped a new feature called affiliate contact reassignment 🎯. It lets admins choose the correct CRM contact when there’s more than one with the same email. No more mixed-up reports. No more broken automations. Just clean, accurate data. Here’s what this update does for you 👇 ✅ Lets you pick the right contact for each affiliate ✅ Keeps workflows and tracking accurate ✅ No merging, no deleting, no mess ✅ Works across all GHL products using shared contacts It takes just a few clicks. After that, GoHighLevel updates everything on the backend. Your data stays tight and your reporting makes sense again. This is a small tool that solves a big issue. If you’re running multiple campaigns or dealing with contact duplicates, now’s the time to clean things up 🧼 Better affiliate links mean better tracking. And better tracking leads to smoother payouts, clearer reports, and fewer support problems 💡 Check the complete blogpost here: Affiliate Contact Reassignment in GHL CRM

This update is a big help for anyone dealing with duplicate contacts. It keeps affiliate tracking and reports accurate without the hassle of merging or deleting. Small fix, but a very useful one.
AI Builder Gets Workflow Autosave
🚨 New update just dropped for AI Builder users: Workflow autosave is now live inside GoHighLevel . That means every time you use AI Builder to create or update a workflow, your changes are saved in real time. No more lost work. No more clicking “save” every few minutes. Just build and keep going. This update is simple, but it’s a big help for anyone building automations fast or managing a high volume of client workflows. You don’t have to worry about losing progress if your browser freezes or your internet cuts out. It all gets saved automatically in the background. Here’s what to know: You’ll need to turn it on first. Head to Settings → Workflows → Enable Autosave. Once it’s on, everything you do with AI Builder will autosave. Manual edits in the visual builder still need to be saved the old way. A few smart tips: - ✅ Stick with AI Builder to get full autosave support - ✅ Clone workflows before big edits - ✅ Always preview before publishing live This won’t change how you launch or activate workflows it just takes the pressure off saving every time you make a move. Go test it out, especially if you build workflows daily. It’s one of those little updates that helps you move quicker and avoid mistakes. Let me know how it’s working for you or if you’ve got questions 👇 Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/new-workflow-autosave-for-ai-builder-no-more-lost-progress/

AI Builder Gets Workflow Autosave
Smarter Form Tracking Update
GoHighLevel just leveled up how forms work—and if you use forms to collect leads, onboard clients, or trigger automations, this update’s for you. The new form field tracking now supports every custom field type you can think of—text, dropdowns, checkboxes, ratings, and more. Even file uploads and signatures are captured (as metadata), so you never miss a detail. But here’s the real win: smarter field mapping. GHL now uses a clear priority system to match your form fields to the right CRM properties—name, label, fallback—and if something doesn’t match? It flags it as unmapped_field so you can catch it and fix it before it causes problems. That means cleaner contact data, more reliable automations, and workflows that run exactly how they should. No more digging through failed steps because a form didn’t map right. You’ll also get support for external HTML forms, as long as the fields are visible in the DOM and have proper name attributes. So whether you’re using GHL forms or custom code, the system’s now got your back. This is one of those updates that quietly transforms how you operate—especially for agencies managing lots of custom forms across multiple accounts. 💡 Pro tip: Set up a workflow to notify you if a contact gets the unmapped_field. It’s a quick way to QA your forms automatically. The full blog post breaks it all down: what’s new, what’s changed, how to use it, and why it matters. Full Post Here!

This is a really solid update. Better field mapping and unmapped alerts will save a lot of time and headaches, especially for forms with many custom fields. Clean data and smoother automations make a big difference for agencies.
Labs Feature Controls Are Live 🧪
GoHighLevel just gave agencies more control over Labs. You can now manage visibility and enablement as two separate settings. That means no more Labs features popping up in sub-accounts before you're ready. You choose what your clients see and when they see it. With the new Labs feature controls, you can: ✅ Hide features from sub-accounts until you’re ready to test ✅ Turn on features without showing them to clients ✅ Set different rules for each location If you're on a Pro or Unlimited plan, you can also set global defaults for new Labs features. Want them off by default? No problem. Want them hidden until you decide? That works too. These updates are easy to set up. Just head to your agency dashboard, open Labs, and make the changes. You can also go into each sub-account and adjust things one by one if needed. 🛠️ Take five minutes today and check your Labs settings. It’s a small step that helps keep client accounts focused and free from tools they don’t need yet. Check the complete blogpost here: GHL Labs Feature Controls Now More Flexible

This is a great update for agencies. Having control over when Labs features appear really helps avoid client confusion. I like how clearly you explained what it does and how easy it is to set up. Small change, big help.
Clean Up Your Community Tabs
There’s a new GHL update that makes your community easier to manage. You can now adjust your community tab settings without extra steps or support. If there are tabs you’re not using like Events, Learning, or Leaderboard you can just turn them off. Go to Community → Settings → Show/Hide Tabs, and toggle off anything that doesn’t fit your setup. This keeps your layout clean and helps your members focus on what’s important. The change takes effect right away. No need to publish or restart anything. Here’s how it works: - You can hide the Learning, Events, Leaderboard, and Members tabs - The Discussion and About tabs will always stay on - You can turn tabs back on any time if your needs change - The update is already live in your account These community tab settings are great for course spaces, client groups, or smaller discussion-based communities. You don’t have to show features that no one uses. And if you’re managing client accounts, it makes it easier to match the layout to each client’s goals. One community might need all the tabs. Another might just need two. Simple changes like this go a long way. If you’ve tried it already, let us know what tabs you’re using or hiding. Questions? Drop them below. We’re all figuring this out together. Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/new-control-over-your-community-tab-settings-in-ghl/
