Delay Complimentary Credits
🚹 New SaaS Config Feature Just Dropped! You can now control when complimentary usage credits are issued to your SaaS users inside GoHighLevel — either on signup or only after the trial ends. Yep, that means no more freebie abuse from trial users who never convert. 🙌 Here’s why this matters: Before, credits (like SMS, calls, etc.) were automatically given at signup — even if someone never became a paying customer. That led to wasted resources, unpredictable billing, and trial abuse. Now, with a simple toggle, you can delay credits until someone actually completes their trial and becomes a subscriber. đŸ’„ The result? - More control over resource spend - Cleaner alignment with billing cycles - Higher-quality conversions from trial to paid - Fewer headaches in support and accounting đŸ› ïž How to Enable It:Head to SaaS Configurator → Edit Plan → Trial & Credits, then check “Add credits after trial period ends.” Save, and you’re done. Whether you're scaling a SaaS empire or launching your first plan, this update helps you run leaner, smarter, and more profitably. Plus, your clients get a clearer onboarding experience with usage credits tied to real commitment. Full Post Here! đŸ”„ Already using this? Snapshot Onboarding Update đŸ”„
Big update just dropped inside GoHighLevel—and it’s all about making Snapshots way easier to use, especially for new users. 🙌 GHL has rolled out a guided onboarding flow directly inside the Snapshots module. That means if you’re new to Snapshots (or training someone who is), they’ll now see an interactive walkthrough the moment they open it. The onboarding includes: - A step-by-step overlay that walks you through the basics - Built-in videos on how to create, import, share, and refresh Snapshots - Easy access to help docs without leaving the platform Once you’ve created your first Snapshot, the full guide collapses into a floating Help panel—keeping your workspace clean but the resources always available. 🧠 Why this matters: - It eliminates confusion for first-time users - Reduces support tickets and team training time - Speeds up your workflow and gets Snapshots launched faster If you’re an agency owner or team lead, this is especially helpful for onboarding clients or staff without needing to build custom training from scratch. Just point them to the module—they’ll figure it out from there. We broke it all down in a step-by-step blog post with best practices and pro tips so you can use this right away. 🔧 📍 TL;DR:Snapshot onboarding is now smarter, cleaner, and actually helpful. Don’t skip it—this update can save your agency hours. 👉 Want the full how-to? Full Post Here!

Email Domain Settings Now Live 🚀
GoHighLevel just made a major move to boost email deliverability—and it’s something LC users and agencies have been begging for. If you’ve ever had a campaign fail because the sender email didn’t match your domain, you know how frustrating that is. Now? You’re in control. With the new Email Domain Settings, you can choose exactly which domain each email campaign uses. Whether you’re running on a shared domain, a dedicated one, or juggling multiple verified domains across clients, this update gives you the flexibility to assign the right one per campaign. Here’s what’s new: ✅ Real-time error alerts if your sender email and domain don’t match ✅ Auto-fixes when you use a public/shared email (like Gmail) ✅ Pre-selected correct domains if you’re using dedicated sending ✅ Full dropdown to select your domain when multiple are available ✅ One-click access to fix any domain issues before sending This means fewer failed sends, better inbox placement, and stronger domain reputation. If you’re an agency managing multiple brands, this is a must-use feature. Go test it now under:Marketing → Emails → Campaigns → Send or Schedule 💡 Reminder: This only applies to LC email sending users. SMTP users—carry on as usual. Full Post Here!

Domain Transfers Now Self-Serve 🚀
Big win for agencies this week: GoHighLevel just rolled out Domain Transfer-Out and it’s going to clean up a lot of unnecessary friction. 👏 Until now, if you wanted to move a domain away from GHL (maybe to GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.), you had to go through support. That meant tickets, waiting, and praying it didn’t delay your launch. đŸ˜© But now? You can do it all yourself—right from the dashboard. Inside your Domain > Advanced Settings, you’ll find the new transfer out option. Once there, you can: - Check if the domain is eligible - Unlock it (if it’s locked) - Get your Auth/EPP code - Choose the new registrar - Submit and go 🚀 The Auth code goes to the domain owner AND the agency owner. Need it again? Just re-request it after 5 minutes—no big deal. ✅ No more support tickets ✅ Faster domain management ✅ Cleaner client transitions ✅ More control in your hands A couple of notes: - .uk domains (and their cousins like .co.uk) still need support help. - Cloudflare transfers also require a ticket for now. But otherwise, this update gives you full ownership of your domains without the waiting room. If you manage domains for clients or operate white-labeled, this makes you look pro AF. Try it out. It takes 3–5 minutes and works like a charm. Full Post Here! 👇 Drop your thoughts below if you’ve tested it already or ran into edge cases. Would love to hear how you’re using it!

Call Dispositions Now Trigger Workflows
🚹 New update inside GoHighLevel: You can now trigger workflows based on what actually happened on a sales call. Introducing Call Dispositions — a new way to set and act on call outcomes in real-time. Until now, your call-based automations were stuck with system-generated statuses like “answered” or “no answer.” Those don’t tell you anything about the actual result of the conversation. Now? After each call, your team can manually select a disposition like: - Follow Up - Not Interested - Requested Appointment And that selection can instantly fire off: - Follow-up messages - Task creation - Power Dialer re-enqueue - Tagging and campaign logic Here’s why this matters: ✅ Speeds up post-call wrap-up ✅ Eliminates manual tagging and delays ✅ Boosts appointment rates with better follow-up ✅ Gives you real data on how calls are ending Admins can set up to 10 custom dispositions per sub-account, and they can now be used in Workflow triggers under Call Details. Reporting filters for this are coming soon too. This update is perfect for:📞 Sales teams using Power DialerđŸ“Č Cold calling campaigns📅 Agencies booking appointments via phone Setup takes just a few minutes—and can save hours in manual follow-up each week. đŸ’„ Pro Tip: Don’t delete a disposition before updating your workflows—it’ll break the triggers. This one’s a must if your team lives in the dialer. Ready to close calls faster and automate smarter? Full Post Here!
