Personal Meeting Links = More Bookings
Quick question. How many times have you gone back and forth just to schedule one call? Too many. That’s why Personal Meeting Links inside GoHighLevel matter. Instead of using one shared calendar, each team member gets their own booking link. It connects directly to their availability. Leads pick a time. Done. Here’s why this is powerful 👇 • Sales reps send their own link in outreach • Account managers use it for onboarding calls • Coaches drop it into funnels • Support teams schedule client check-ins • Automations insert it into follow-up emails No manual routings No Confusion No delays. And because each link is tied to a specific user, you can track performance per team member. Want to use it smart? Add your Personal Meeting Link to: - Your email signature - SMS follow-ups - Workflow emails - Funnel buttons - Social media bios Then test it. Book a call yourself. Make sure availability works. Confirm emails trigger correctly. Small feature. Big impact. If you run an agency or book sales calls daily, this is one of those quiet upgrades that improves your entire process. Cleaner scheduling.Faster response times.More booked calls. Are you using Personal Meeting Links yet? 👀If yes — where are you placing them?If not — what’s stopping you? Let’s build smarter systems. Custom PDPs Now Copy Default Design
If you build stores in GoHighLevel, you’ll feel this update right away. Until now, creating a Custom Product Details Page could drop you into a blank page. No layout. No styling. Just you, staring at an empty builder, rebuilding sections like it’s your full-time job. Now, new Custom PDPs inherit the design of your Default Product Details Page. That means your product page templates start with a complete, structured layout that already looks like your store. You can jump straight into edits instead of rebuilding the basics. Here’s what gets copied over when you create a new Custom PDP: Layout and section structure Store elements like media, title, price, variants, and CTA Styling like fonts, colors, spacing, borders, and shadows Desktop and mobile visibility rules A few key notes so you don’t get surprised: It’s a one-time copy, not a live sync. If you change the Default PDP later, existing Custom PDPs won’t update. Custom PDPs stay independent, so edits won’t affect the Default PDP. One Custom PDP can be assigned to multiple products, which is huge for keeping a catalog consistent. If you are working inside ClickFunnels flows, the “Create Custom Product Details Page” option is hidden, so build it from Sites > Stores instead. For agencies, this means faster fulfillment and cleaner QA. For store owners, it means more consistent pages and fewer layout mistakes, especially on mobile. ✅ Are you going to use this to build product page templates by product type, like simple products vs variants vs premium offers? Drop what you’re building first. 👇 Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/product-page-templates-just-got-easier-custom-pdps-now-copy-your-default-design/

Stop Bounces With Email Verification
If you send emails in GoHighLevel, bounces are the quiet killer. They mess with your deliverability, they hurt your sender reputation, and they make your campaigns look worse than they really are. 😬 Now you can fix that inside your automations with an email verification workflow. GoHighLevel added a new Email Verification action you can place directly inside a workflow before any Send Email step. The workflow checks the contact’s email and labels it as valid, risky, or invalid. Then you decide what happens next. Here’s the smart way to use it: Valid emails continue into your normal email sequence. Risky emails go down a safer path, like an SMS message asking them to confirm their email, a tag for review, or a short “update your info” step. Invalid emails get stopped before they ever hit your email actions. This matters even more if you run client accounts. One bad list import or a spammy funnel can spike bounces fast. With a simple email verification workflow at the top of your sequence, you can protect your sends without babysitting every lead source. Quick tip: verify once near the start, then branch. The action panel notes each verification can incur a charge, so you want to be intentional and not verify repeatedly unless you have a good reason. If you set this up today, you should see fewer failed deliveries and more stable performance over time. Not fancy. Just clean sending. ✅ How would you handle “Risky” leads in your workflows, SMS first or manual review? 👇 Check out all the details at GoHighLevel Growth Garage > https://gohighlevelgrowth.com/ghl-updates/email-verification-workflow-stop-bounces-before-they-happen/

Contact Tag Trigger Just Got Safer
If you build workflows inside GHL, this matters. The Contact Tag Trigger just got two built-in safeguards, and they prevent some of the most common automation mistakes we see agencies make. Before this update, users would: • Assume old tagged contacts would enroll automatically • Forget to add filters • Accidentally trigger workflows across their entire database That leads to chaos. Emails firing unexpectedly. SMS going out to the wrong contacts. Pipeline updates happening at scale. Now GHL protects you before that happens. 🔒 When you configure a Contact Tag Trigger, you’ll see: ✅ A retroactive enrollment info banner that explains trigger timing ✅ A no-filter warning if you try to save without defining tags It doesn’t block you. It doesn’t restrict power users. It simply forces awareness. And that’s a big deal. For agencies managing multiple sub-accounts… For VAs building workflows daily… For SaaS resellers creating snapshots… This reduces risk and improves control. Less cleanup. Better deliverability. More predictable automation. 🚀 This may look like a small update. It’s not. It’s operational protection built directly into your workflow builder.
