Curious if anyone has an initial email template they send out when the leads inquire and another email template if they provided the wrong phone number? Also how does everyone handle following up with leads that booked a consult but cancelled or did not show up?

@Isabelle Marrone Thank you that’s helpful! Luckily I haven’t had any no shows just some that message me the day before to cancel or some that don’t book at the consultation. For those I have been sending pics of my work to follow up but wondering what everyone else does.
This feels illegal…but it doubled my PMU income 💸
I want to share a little pricing hack I’ve been using that quietly added thousands of dollars a month to my PMU business 💸 When you run ads, you’ll get people who message:“How much are brows?” And that question is tricky…If you drop the full price right away, a cold lead can disappear before you ever get the chance to build value 🧠 On the East Coast (where I am), most women still need to discover powder brows first. They need to understand what it is, see results, feel comfortable with me, and then they’re ready to book 🤍 So here’s what I do now: 🔹 Leads from ads (cold) When they ask the price, I give them a range On the consult, I can: - Educate them 🎓 - Show photos 📸 - Answer questions ❓ Then I say: “For you, the first session will be $599.” 🔹 Referrals & warm clients When someone books from a referral or directly through my site (people who are already pre-sold 🙌), they see my regular price listed at $649 for the first session. Same service. Same quality.But I’m acknowledging the difference between: - Someone who’s never heard of me (ad lead), and - Someone who already trusts me (referral / warm traffic). I’ve slowly inched these numbers up over the last 3 months, and this tiny adjustment has added thousands of extra dollars per month without feeling salesy, pushy, or scammy 🥂 It all comes down to: - Building value first for cold leads - Letting your online/referral pricing reflect the demand you’ve worked hard to build 💅 If you’re staring at your own pricing and thinking,“I have no idea how to say this without scaring people off,”I’ve got you 🫶 Comment or Hit reply and type “PRICING” and I’ll send you the exact script I use when ad leads ask, “How much are brows?” …so you can copy it, tweak it, and start testing this in your own DMs. 💗Isabelle

I would say ad copy like the caption of what to put in the ad is where I am stuck at. Unless it’s in the course I might’ve missed it 😅
