Client appreciation post šŸ’™Ā Jennifer Crafton
ā€œRebuilding health after cancer and won’t let that get in the way. I will win this one.ā€ That’s what @Jennifer Crafton wrote in her coaching application before we took her in — and she’s a woman of her word. You’ve been with us since June 2024 — that’s quite a long journey to be on. You’ve been through a lot of turmoil, some injuries, some setbacks… but you never took your foot off the gas. Not only are you mastering your health and developing awesome habits, you’re in this community paying it forward 🫔 🟢 Started at 78 kg (171 lbs) 🟢 Currently at around 64 kg (140 lbs) šŸ”„ You wanted to lose 30 lbs, now you’re down 31 and still going! @Kevin Teachanarong , your fellow BBB’ers, and I are super proud of you. More work to be done! 🫔 šŸ“² Folks, if you’re curious about our 1on1 Inner Circle coaching program, you can DM me ā€œRESULTSā€ to get the conversation going. It can be the most transformative decision of your life.

šŸ›’ Costco Haul: High-Protein, Macro-Friendly & Family-Approved
This week’s Costco haul was all about staying aligned with nutrition goals while keeping things realistic for busy family life. Into the cart went: • šŸ” Grilled chipotle seasoned chicken (easy high-protein meals) finally we have it in the Midwest Costcos!!! • 🄣 Magic Spoon cereal (13g protein, 0g sugar) • šŸµ Bone broth packets (quick protein boost) • šŸŽ Envy apples THE FREAKING GOAT • šŸ„• Rainbow carrots • 🄬 microgreens (forgot to take a pic) • šŸ„’ Persian cucumbers (I didn’t get berries since we are still pretty stocked with that) When fat loss is the goal, I’m not chasing perfection — I’m designing my environment. My filter is simple: • High protein • High fiber • Quick prep • Family-friendly • Helps prevent impulse snacking Quick question for the BBB community: would we love a dedicated Grocery Haul category asking @Darren Liu or should we just loop this in with Recipe category?? Think Costco finds, Trader Joe’s runs, Amazon finds, macro-friendly swaps, and budget protein picks. Drop a YES below and tell me where I should shop next! šŸ’ŖšŸ›’

Yes @Lauren Sarceda we should definitely get a grocery haul category. I love seeing them and learning about new and good products out there.

@Lena Nguyen I’ll have to grab some next time and try them out. My favorite apples are Rockits. They’re small and delicious and don’t get mealy when chewing them the way some apples can. I’m taking @Darren Liu’s advice and having one with my protein shake every morning to help with my fiber intake.
Protein and fiber all in one shake
Has anyone tried this brand of protein powder? On paper it sounds good, because it Includes protein and fiber. The Dubai chocolate flavor sounds šŸ”„

I really want to try the limited Dubai chocolate flavor but they’re all out. Once they get more in I’ll grab some and let you know.
Oikos protein shake
Has anyone tried these? They’re on sale at Costco

@Terri Nakamatsu I just bought some last night from Costco. Haven’t tried them yet but hoping for the best since they were so cheap on sale.

@Lena Nguyen thank you Lena! I wouldn’t have been here if it wasn’t for you pointing out to me that everyone transitioned over here from the BBB townhall chat group. šŸ‘
🤯 This fixed my ā€œevening hunger monsterā€ and I didn’t eat less
I’m curious if anyone else deals with this… You eat pretty well all day. You’re ā€œon track.ā€ Then suddenly 7–9pm hits and it feels like your stomach opened a second shift šŸ˜‘ You’re not even starving… but you want to snack on literally everything. Every time you walk by the kitchen — handful of grapes here, few almonds there, a square of dark chocolate. 437 calories later, you’re like ā€œf*ck!ā€ 🄵 I recorded a short Loom šŸŽ„ about one of the biggest mistakes I see with clients that causes this. It has nothing to do with: - Eating less - Cutting foods - Or trying to be more disciplined And most people think they’re already doing this right… but they’re not. Once people fix this, two things usually happen: Hunger becomes way more predictable Night snacking gets drastically easier to control Your calories don’t even have to change for this to work. I’m hoping this is one of those ā€œhow did I never notice this?ā€ types of things. ā€¼ļøšŸ‘‰ If you want the video, comment ANCHOR and I’ll DM it to you. If evenings are where things fall apart for you, this will probably hit.
