$75,000 sales this Month. Thank you everyone
Last month changed everything for my brand. Not just financially but mentally. There were moments this year where I felt stuck… second guessing decisions, questioning strategies, wondering if I was missing something. What shifted? Listening. Learning. Being part of communities like this one reading posts, studying conversations, applying advice from people who have already walked the path. This month, we're under $75,000 in revenue. I’m still processing that number. But what means more than the revenue is this: growth came from humility. From being open. From asking questions. From paying attention. To the admins who built this space — thank you @Jason Wojo To the members who share real insights and not just highlights — thank you. To the founders who answer questions without ego — thank you. This win isn’t just mine. It’s the result of shared knowledge. If you're building, scaling, struggling or refining stay in the room. Stay learning. Stay applying. The right idea at the right time can change everything. Grateful to be here 🤍

@Maddie Eva I own a outdoor lighting company that does Christmas, permanet, and landscape lighting and durning the holidays our ads were converting very well at a 10 ROAS on google but since the beginning of the year the ads stopped converting like that and we are trying to figure out how to position our service when it's not durning the holidays. We have started running meta in January but the ads are not converting that well, and on google we just aren't even spending very much because no one is really searching for our services.
🔥 Something clicked for me from the training in here — and I had to share it.
Most ad accounts fail for the same reason: they're targeting the 3% and completely ignoring the 97%. At any given moment, only 3% of your market is actively searching for what you sell. They're ready to buy. Everyone's fighting over them — which is why CPMs are through the roof and competition is brutal. But 97% of your market is problem-aware. They know they have the issue. They're just not in "buy mode" yet. Most advertisers run the same offer to everyone: "Book a free call." "Get a quote." "Buy now." That works on the 3%. It completely ignores the 97%. The fix is the Halo Strategy — and once I learned this inside the group, I couldn't unsee it. Instead of leading with your service, you lead with a High-Value Content Offer (HVCO) — a free report, guide, or training that speaks directly to the 97%'s pain BEFORE asking for anything. Example: Instead of "Get a free roof inspection," you run "The 5 Warning Signs Your Roof Will Fail This Winter (That Most Homeowners Miss Until It's Too Late)" as a free guide. Now you're pulling in people who aren't even shopping yet. You're building trust before the sale. And when they ARE ready to buy, you're the only name they know. The ad that wins isn't the one with the best creative. It's the one that speaks to the most people. Grateful for this community — genuinely changing how I think about ads. What's your current top-of-funnel offer? Drop it below — curious what everyone's testing.
Here's what a few things i've learned about building funnels.
I just rebuilt my landing page for my home service business and realized I'd been breaking at least 4 of these rules without knowing it. Im stoked to be here and if you could give me like to get me closer to level 2 I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Here's the checklist I now run through before I launch anything — figured I'd share it since it is super helpful for me. Before you launch any landing page, check these 10 things: 1. Does your headline call out a SPECIFIC person? ("Business owners" is too vague — what kind?) 2. Is there a named method or system in the headline? (Your unique mechanism) 3. Does the headline include a specific result WITH a timeframe? 4. Are there 3–5 "WITHOUT" statements handling objections below the headline? (e.g., "Without climbing ladders" or "Without any upfront commitment") 5. Is there only ONE offer on the page? (No "check out our other options" links) 6. Are your CTA buttons result-driven? ("Get Your Free Quote in 60 Seconds" not "Submit") 7. Are testimonials/social proof near the TOP, not buried at the bottom? 8. Does every section on the page support the headline promise? (Congruency check) 9. Is there a clear, specific guarantee visible on the page? (Not hidden in fine print) 10. Have you gone through the entire funnel as if you were a cold visitor who's never heard of you? Drop a "SAVED" in the comments
STOP CHASING CLIENT AND START ATTRACTING THEM
Let’s be honest real estate is one of the most rewarding industries, yet so many agents are quietly struggling with inconsistent income and unpredictable months. It’s not because they lack talent or effort; it’s usually because they’re missing the right system, positioning, and conversion strategy. I made a few strategic shifts in how I attract leads, present value, and close deals, and it completely changed my results. I stopped chasing prospects and started attracting serious buyers and sellers. My pipeline became more predictable, my confidence increased, and my income followed. If you’re a real estate agent who wants to close more consistently, improve conversions, and build stronger monthly earnings without burning out, send me a message. I’m open to sharing the practical strategies that are working for me and how you can apply them to elevate your own business. Let’s grow smarter and win bigger.
