I am a law student who works in the profession and who lives an active life. I noticed over the weekend that outside of my work clothes I have one pair of jeans, a nice white button up shirt and one pair of knee length denim short otherwise I just wear my a lot of running shorts and tops unless I am going out somewhere. Is there tips for me starting out every day style? I live in QLD in Australia so its spring coming into summer and we hit 40 degrees regularly and pretty much all year round it is relatively humid. Thanks in advance for the advice

In May I started my weight loss at 323lbs. I told my wife that after I lost 50 lbs I was going to have some pizza. Well Tuesday of this week I officially hit that first 50lb mark and we just got done hosting the kids and the grandkids and some friends over for pizza. It was a lot of fun, but I think I realized that I don’t miss the pizza as much as I thought I did. Now I need to figure out how to celebrate the next 50lb loss.

Gents, I see many of you sporting colorful or patterned socks. What is the prevailing thoughts here. For some reason, I have always shied away from colorful or patterned socks, preferring solids that match my pants. Maybe it’s an age thing…. Would love some feedback.
