Tracking step count
Hey everybody! 🤎 I've been trying to find a sustainable way to accurately track my steps per day. I would prefer to not use a smart watch, but I've been interested in either something small like an old-school pedometer or (on the other side of the map) something of a like an ultrahuman ring. Does anyone have any recs? I guess my worry with an old-school pedometer is that I don't want anything clunky to worry about losing during my day. Thanks ladies!

This incredible woman joined Coeliac Wellness Club in her mid-30s. Juggling family life, fatigue, and a body that just wouldn’t cooperate anymore. She’d been diagnosed with coeliac disease for over two years and was still battling constant fatigue and stomach issues. On top of that, she was recovering from endometriosis surgery. Managing flare-ups that could completely wipe her out, and trying to keep up with the chaos of family life. Every morning felt the same, waking up exhausted even after a full night's sleep. But instead of giving up, she decided it was time to take control and reached out for help 👏 Together, we focused on: ✅ Building strength and confidence through home workouts with just a few dumbbells and a kettlebell ✅ Balancing her gluten-free nutrition without restriction or guilt ✅ Supporting her body through fatigue and endo flare-ups ✅ Creating structure that fit around her kids and unpredictable days ✅ Rebuilding confidence, energy, and her sense of self 💪 In just 8 weeks, she’s seen incredible changes. Visibly stronger, more toned, and full of energy again. Her confidence has grown leaps and bounds! She finally understands how to fuel her body gluten-free, and she said herself she “feels like me again.” All from home, on her terms. Her journey proves that even with fatigue, flare-ups, and family chaos… You can take back control of your body, your confidence, and your energy. And feel like you again 🧡 If you're in a similar position, here are 3 simple steps you can follow to start seeing progress: 1. Start strength training from home 2x/week (you can use the guide in the resources section for a full at home workout program) 2. Track your calories, protein, and fibre daily to get your baseline numbers. I always recommend MyFitness Pal! 3. Gradually increase your steps to 8k/day and maintain there. Increase by 1/2k steps/day every 2-weeks until you reach 8k 💪
