This incredible woman joined Coeliac Wellness Club in her mid-30s. Juggling family life, fatigue, and a body that just wouldn’t cooperate anymore. She’d been diagnosed with coeliac disease for over two years and was still battling constant fatigue and stomach issues. On top of that, she was recovering from endometriosis surgery. Track your calories, protein, and fibre daily to get your baseline numbers. I always recommend MyFitness Pal! 3. Gradually increase your steps to 8k/day and maintain there. Increase by 1/2k steps/day every 2-weeks until you reach 8k 💪
