Connection doesn’t require you to leave yourself. It deepens as you stay with yourself. Ask.Receive.Acknowledge.Repeat. Finally we also pulled a card for the week and it surprised me by how deep we went. This morning’s Cuppa & Connection was a beautiful conversation with Spirit — and yes… we started with a bit of a giggle about Mercury Retrograde and the amount of technology chaos it seems to be creating for everyone right now. If your devices have been acting up, you’re definitely not alone. We also spoke about the energetic landscape of the moment. Between Mercury Retrograde and the recent eclipse energy, many people are feeling like things are bubbling up to the surface to be seen, cleared, and completed. It’s a powerful time of movement and release. Because of that, this can be a really supportive moment to spend some time with: • Chakra clearing • Auric cleansing • Resetting your energetic field • Taking space for integration Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is simply help our system clear what has already finished. 🌌 We also explored the energetic field We had a great question about those moments when images or impressions appear just as we wake up or when we’re drifting off to sleep. We talked about how those threshold moments can sometimes open awareness into the wider energetic field, and how learning to remain present and aware inside that space is part of developing sensitivity and discernment. 🔮 Message of the Week We pulled the oracle card Receiving. And the guidance around this card was beautiful. When a gift is given from the heart, the most balanced response is often simply to receive it fully. Receiving from the heart naturally balances the energetic scales. It removes that inner pressure many of us feel to immediately give something back in return. Sometimes the true gift is how we receive. 🌿 A small reminder for this week Right now, many cycles are completing. And before we begin anything new, we need to fill ourselves back up. Completion requires integration. Restoring our energy, caring for our system, and allowing space to recover from what we’ve moved through is what allows us to step into the next chapter ready and resourced.

Something dramatic. Something impossible to miss. But more often than not… Spirit speaks through the small details. The little moments that quietly catch your attention. The eye-snag — when something suddenly pulls your gaze and you just know to pause. It might be: 🦋 A butterfly outside the kitchen window 🎵 A song on the radio at exactly the right moment 🌿 A feather on the path where there was nothing yesterday ✨ A number that keeps appearing just when you’re thinking of someone To anyone else these moments might seem ordinary. But to you… they land differently. They carry a feeling. A recognition. A quiet sense of “that was for me.” This morning I had one of those moments. At breakfast I heard the song of a spinebill — my spirit bird. It stopped me mid-rush and reminded me to take five minutes to ground and connect before heading off to work. Nothing dramatic. Just a small pause. But exactly what I needed. Spirit doesn’t always shout. Often it simply taps you on the shoulder through the details of your day.
