This is the focus of our new week inside Spirit House Sessions. We are beginning Working With Your Spirit Team — Part Two: Receiving Without Forcing, and this week is all about what happens when guidance feels quiet. Because when we start working with our guides, it’s natural to want the sign, the answer, the confirmation, the clear feeling that says, yes, this is real. But sometimes guidance doesn’t arrive loudly. Sometimes it comes as a pause. A softening. A small word. A sense of wait. A quiet nudge. A next step rather than the whole map. And sometimes the practice is learning how to stay in relationship with Spirit without gripping for proof every time. Inside Spirit House Sessions this week, we’re working with one simple question: What do I need to know now? Not everything. Not the whole future. Not the full answer. Just what is ready to be known now. Week 1 is now available inside Spirit House Sessions with the post, video, and practice. If you’re inside, take your time with this one. It’s simple, but it goes deep. And if you’re in the free community and feel called to explore the paid sessions, you can find Spirit House Sessions inside the community under your membership options. 🪷

@Lena Unosson That’s a really common experience, Lena. 😊 Often when we first begin paying attention to our Spirit Team, it can feel like they are changing all the time. Sometimes that’s because different guides step forward for different aspects of our lives, and sometimes it’s because we’re still learning to recognise how the same presence feels when it comes through in different ways. Rather than focusing on who is there, try paying attention to the feeling they bring. Is there a particular energy, quality, or way you feel when you connect? Calm? Encouraged? Protected? Inspired? Those things may be more consistent than names, faces, or appearances for you at the moment . And remember, imagination isn’t the enemy of spiritual connection. Many of us receive Spirit through images, impressions, feelings, and symbols that initially feel very much like imagination. The key is to become curious rather than dismissive and notice what remains consistent over time. It’s also through this very process that we begin to develop discernment. By paying attention, reflecting on our experiences, and noticing what proves itself over time, we gradually learn the difference between what is imagined, what is hoped for, and what carries the consistent quality of a genuine connection. 💜

@Lena Unosson Thank you for sharing that, Lena. ❤️ And I'm so sorry about the loss of your twin sister. Experiences like that can profoundly change the way we relate to Spirit. Sometimes grief can feel like it quietens our awareness for a time—not because Spirit has gone anywhere, but because we're moving through something that takes all of our energy to navigate. What you've described about "just knowing" is actually a way many people receive information. It can be one of the quietest forms of perception, which is why it's also one of the easiest to doubt. We often expect Spirit to arrive with vivid images or strong feelings, when sometimes it simply arrives as a calm knowing. Rather than trying to convince yourself that every knowing is true, become curious. Notice what happens when you follow it. Does it prove itself over time? Does it carry a quiet consistency rather than urgency? This is how discernment develops—not by never doubting, but by allowing experience to teach you what your genuine connection feels like. And perhaps the fact that you're feeling ready to open up again is meaningful in itself. There's no need to rush. Let the relationship with your Spirit Team unfold one conversation at a time. 💜

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. It was so lovely, after a few weeks away, to hop back online, catch up and say hi. A little apology from me too. We had a few technical difficulties with the Wi-Fi and also with the microphones when others were trying to speak, so thank you for your patience while we worked around that. In today’s Cuppa & Connection we shared some wins and challenges, and I spoke about the shift I have been moving through personally. After many years of pushing, striving, learning and trying to catch up on all the spiritual development I felt I had missed, I have reached a place where I am being asked to integrate rather than continually push forward. That has felt significant. We also spoke about the challenge of remembering to bring our spiritual practice into everyday life, especially in the very human moments, like parenting, emotion, reaction and breath. I shared a beautiful moment I had while looking out towards the Three Sisters, drinking a coffee and hearing the loud call of a cockatoo. As I softened and expanded my awareness, I began to hear more: the king parrot, the currawong, the breeze, the stream flowing deep in the valley below, and then the spinebill, which felt like the little “snag” that made me realise this was a spiritually significant teaching. It showed me so clearly that expanding our awareness to Spirit is very much like expanding our awareness to sound. At first, we may only hear the loudest thing, a little like the left brain or the everyday mind. But when we soften, breathe and give ourselves permission to notice, the more subtle layers begin to rise up to meet us. Just as the sound of the stream was there all along, Spirit is often there all along too. We simply learn how to widen enough to meet it. We also pulled a couple of cards around self-nurturance and space clearing, which felt very aligned with the conversation. Thank you again to those who came along. The recording is attached above for anyone who would like to watch back. ✨

🎥 Welcome to Spirit House — I’m so glad you’re here.
Welcome to Spirit House 🪷 I’m Zanne — and Spirit House exists as a calm, grounded home for intuitive growth, spiritual connection, mediumship development, and real support. This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are and feel welcomed, understood, and supported. You don’t need the right language. You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to already “know how this works.” We honour your pace. We stay grounded. And we grow together. Spirit House is part of the wider Auralite community, but it has its own heart and rhythm — a home for connection, practice, reflection, and spiritual development. ✨ What you’ll find inside the free Spirit House community This free space is here to help you settle in, connect with like-minded people, and begin exploring your spiritual development in a grounded way. Inside the free community, you’ll find: • warm, grounded guidance • intuitive and spiritual awareness teachings • Reiki-informed energetic practices • free meditations and supportive resources • Cuppa & Connection lives when scheduled • community reflection posts and conversations • invitations to circles, lives, and paid development spaces • a supportive community walking a similar path Spirit House isn’t here to overwhelm you with endless content. It’s relational, intentional, and supportive — a place you can return to when you’re drawn. Many people begin here by learning how to feel safe and steady in their own energy. That steadiness becomes the foundation for intuition, discernment, spiritual connection, and mediumship development. 🌿 Your first steps 1️⃣ Watch the Welcome Video below This will help you understand the space and where to begin. 2️⃣ Introduce yourself Head to Community Sharing and share whatever feels right. Not sure what to say? Try: “Hi, I’m ________, and I’m here because I’m interested in ________.” Or: “Hi, I’m ________, and for fun I love _________. Here’s a photo of my favourite: pet / place / food / crystal.” And if you feel comfortable, we’d love to see your face.

@Jacci Newman-Graves absolutely. This is a great question! First you are not alone in having these experiences. And I will most certainly talk about it in the next cuppa connection. In the meantime, when you start getting that information, ask for it to slow down. Let me know what happens. Thanks so much for sharing this 🫶

Exploring Identity in Mediumship
Hello lovely people, A little reminder that Beyond the Veil is on tonight at 7pm. Tonight we’ll be focusing on establishing identity in mediumship — learning how to recognise the unique presence, personality, relationship, and evidence of the communicator coming through. This is such an important part of evidential mediumship, because it helps us move beyond general impressions and begin building a clearer sense of who is stepping forward, how they are known, and what makes their presence recognisable. It is also often the place where we can get stuck, especially when our nervous system contracts and we start trying to work it all out too quickly. Tonight, we’ll explore how to stay present, steady, and connected while allowing identity to build. Small group as always with no break out rooms! You can book your place here :https://www.auralite.com.au/service-page/mediumshipcircle?referral=service_list_widget We’d love to share space with you tonight. Thank you for sharing space with us, Zanne
