Rooted Alchemy family, we just surpassed 100,000 subscribers on YouTube. Wow. Back in August, who would have thought we would build a Tai Chi community of over 100,000 people practicing together from all over the world. This journey has been incredibly humbling, and we’re deeply grateful to every single one of you who has been here, practicing, watching, and growing with us. We’re excited for what the future holds and grateful for your patience as we continue building intentionally behind the scenes. Just know that we’re still early, and there is so much more to come. And a huge thank you to Sonny for practicing, teaching, and learning with such depth and integrity that it naturally spread far and wide. Stay the course.

Well that’s good news. Thank you for the spirit and all the great work in front and behind the scenes. đŸ™đŸ€â˜€ïž
Next step
I’m enjoying learning tai chi. However, I feel like I’m bouncing from one class to the other. I’ve done the seven day challenge, and I’ve done brocade and I’ve done ocean stepping a few times. Is there another seven day challenge that I should be looking at or is the Hunt and Peck method the way to go? Mike

Tai Ji ruler hand position
Hi all, after my daily qigong I did the Tai Ji stick drill and the one that is included in the bonus material. Really fun to practice and it gives a totally different feel in my practice. @Kirby Mannon what I was wondering especially in the video in the bonus material stays the position of the hands the same? The one where you have the stick between your hand palms and the other where you lay/grip the stick in your hands. With the latter do you move your hand around the stick during the movements or do your hands stay at their original position? Please enlighten me 😄

@Kirby Mannon Yes that helps. Thanks Sonny. ‘Wringing’ is the word I needed that gives me all the clues I was searching for.
Sunday
Great practice this morning! Thank you Sonny I'm practicing different forms daily. From the Classroom to YouTube videos. "Winter Qigong" has been a daily practice throughout the past week as well as the "New Year- 15 min. reset energy" practice. "Taichi stick drills" (2-videos) has been a quick daily energy fix as needed! I've found an interest in the "Art & Science- of Qigong" ( energy skill). Power on with intention to gather awesome vibes! đŸŒ±đŸȘ·đŸŠ‹
