I focused on growing my community… then this happened 👀
As a YouTube growth strategist who teaches the power of community, I decided to put my own advice to the test. When I launched a 90-Day Challenge alongside my members, I had two clear choices: Option 1: Focus on growing my YouTube channel Option 2: Focus on growing my community I chose Option 2 — and here’s what happened between September 1 and October 10: 📈 My community grew from 38 to 85 members 🎥 My YouTube channel grew by 59 subscribers All because I focused on community first. Here’s why it worked: By showing up consistently inside my Skool community, I created YouTube content that served my members’ real questions and needs. That content naturally attracted more of the right viewers — people who weren’t just watching, but joining the community too. Focusing on my community has made every single YouTube view count. I’m attracting aligned viewers, building stronger connections, and learning exactly what my members want and need. Community growth = channel growth. Every time. 💪 By way, if you'd like learn more about establishing systems for growing your community and channel → Join Here

Podcasting to grow your community
🌐 In my Skool Networking Community, we’re running a Networking Challenge this week! Here’s today’s challenge: Connect with someone and ask to be a guest on their podcast. 🎙️ Podcasting is one of the most authentic ways to grow your network, share your expertise, and reach new audiences. It’s not just about visibility — it’s about building real connections through meaningful conversations. To lead by example, here’s my recent interview with Gale 🎧👇https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPZ8M7PyqpY If you’ve been thinking about putting yourself out there, this is your nudge.Who’s ready to take the mic and share their message this week?

What if 80% of your business growth came from 20% effort?
People often say networking takes too much time for too little return, but here’s the thing: 80% of your results come from just 20% of your actions. This week’s challenge is quick and easy: 🕒 The 20-Second Share Post or comment about something you’re working on, learning, or curious about right now. It could be a project, a question, or even something you’re exploring. The goal? Just get visible. When people see what you’re up to, opportunities find you. 🚀 If you want a bit of accountability (and some fun while you’re at it), come join us over in my Skool Networking group, we’re keeping each other motivated to take small actions that lead to big wins. https://www.skool.com/the-business-connector-7896/about?ref=ce78ea3835854a539fdeba82524dbfb7 Save the Date for our weekly networking 🇦🇺 Thursday · 8–9am AEST 🇺🇸 Wednesday 5–6pm EDT / 4–5pm CDT / 3–4pm MDT / 2–3pm PDT

If you’ve ever said “ChatGPT doesn’t sound like me,” you’re not alone. It’s usually because you’re asking too little—not too much. Here’s a simple fix that works in any niche: 🔑 Try this prompt: “Act as a content coach who helps [your niche]. Give me 3 scroll-stopping post ideas that speak to [their biggest pain point], using a tone that’s [your tone: casual, bold, motivational, etc.].” 🧠 Example: “Act as a content coach who helps burned-out teachers. Give me 3 engaging content ideas that speak to the fear of starting over, using a tone that’s encouraging but direct.” This structure gives ChatGPT what it needs to sound like you—not a robot.🤖 📌 Customize these pieces: – Who you help – Their biggest pain point – The tone you want to sound like Try it, save your favorite outputs, and tweak as you go! The more specific you can be the better you train chat gpt to know exactly who you are and who you help! For now tips, hacks, trainings, mentorship, and support make sure your in my free community https://www.skool.com/digitalbosshub/about
