What challenges you when traveling?
Hi everyone! As I continue to build upon my community that’s focused on fitness and nutrition for people who travel or have very limited time to exercise (20minutes or less), I’d like to get some feedback! What are obstacles you’ve faced during travel that have stopped you from exercising/proper nutrition? Or, if you are a professional in health and wellness. What is you best strategy when traveling to stay on track?

For me, the hardest part is routine going out the window—meals at odd hours, limited healthy options, and long days sitting on planes. I’ve found even short walks or bodyweight moves in the hotel room can make a big difference. It’s less about perfection, more about keeping momentum.
Easy workout from home?
So I have had a killer migraine the last 4 days. The only thing I have been able to do was pace around the house. Is there another easy thing I could slip in that doesn't involve like bending over? We have weights at home but bending down makes me Uber dizzy.

Sorry to hear that. Migraines can wipe you out! Hope you are feeling better today. I would say the goal right now isn’t intensity—it’s keeping blood flowing and giving your body a small win while you recover 💜.

Nutrition Rules!!!
Hey Ryan! Thank you so much for laying all of that out in the classroom so simply!!! Last summer I got rid of all the processed foods from my diet. (It was a slow and messy transition) but once I got there magic happened! I started shedding fat and my energy was through the rough! Unfortunately, slowly I built back bad habit but I'm ready to get back to it and that "course" was the spark I needed to remind me how simple it was! (Not easy, but simple!) Thank you!
