Consistency isn’t always about huge leaps—it’s about the small wins that add up over time. For me, a recent win has been drinking enough water consistently this week instead of reaching for soda. What’s one small win you’ve had lately that deserves some recognition? Drop it below ⬇️ Let’s celebrate those little victories together 💪
@Chris Boe I love that! Extra sleep is such an underrated win, it really sets the tone for the day. Totally agree that small wins build the habits and mindset that lead to bigger results. Thanks for sharing this, it’s a great reminder to celebrate the ‘simple’ things.
Just a reminder, progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. Consistency beats extremes every time 💪 Keep going, you’re doing better than you think!
Hi everyone! As I continue to build upon my community that’s focused on fitness and nutrition for people who travel or have very limited time to exercise (20minutes or less), I’d like to get some feedback! What are obstacles you’ve faced during travel that have stopped you from exercising/proper nutrition? Or, if you are a professional in health and wellness. What is you best strategy when traveling to stay on track?
Great question, Ryan! For me, the biggest challenge when traveling is keeping meals consistent, especially with airport food or late nights. I’ve found that having a go-to snack (like protein bars or nuts) makes it way easier to stay on track. Love that you’re focusing on fitness + nutrition for busy travelers, it’s such a valuable niche 🙌
A client of mine just told me she’s down 8 pounds in 6 weeks—not because of a crazy diet, but because she finally stuck to walking daily and hitting protein targets I gave her. Big reminder that progress is usually boring but consistent. What’s a small win you’ve had lately that deserves some credit?”
Good morning! Time to wake up and get going!! 1) Do something physical ASAP (workout/pushups/squats/plank/go for a walk/mobility) ✅ 2) self reflect and strategize (meditation, journal, set alarms) ✅ 3) Self care (cold shower/healthy meal/drink water) ✅ What are some things you do in the morning routine? Any suggestions??
This is awesome! I love how you’ve built a morning routine that covers all the key aspects, physical, mental, and self-care. Keep pushing, your dedication will definitely inspire others to level up too. Don’t forget, every step forward counts, no matter how small! Keep rising and grinding 💪🔥
@Ryan Bourgeois I love that approach! Keeping things simple and sustainable is key. So many people get overwhelmed and fall off, but with your mindset, you’re definitely helping people stay on track. I’m sure your community will really appreciate that perspective! How do you keep yourself accountable in your own routine?
