Trying to stir the pot a bit here.. What’s your unpopular fitness opinion? 👀 Examples: - Cardio isn’t necessary for fat loss - Squats aren’t the best leg builder - You don’t need supplements - Light weights VS heavy weights - Can’t wait to hear these—bonus points if it triggers some debate. 😎👍👍

@Huey L.McGregor small wins lead to big results! I’ve recently started adding more breathing techniques to my warmups and have noticed some big improvements in mobility and output during the workouts. I also feel almost a meditative effect from it as well.
