Hi everyone! As I continue to build upon my community that’s focused on fitness and nutrition for people who travel or have very limited time to exercise (20minutes or less), I’d like to get some feedback!
What are obstacles you’ve faced during travel that have stopped you from exercising/proper nutrition?
