I just finished my first binge session ever in my lifetime. First one since starting the program and my weight loss journey. Started with protein waffles π§ with fruits, yogurt and maple syrup. Seems harmless enough. Not when you always have the same breakfast normally. Then the soup was so good I ended going back for seconds. At that point I was already at the end of my calories of the day normally but it was only 1pm. Worry creeping in and having to drive back home. One thing lead to another. I ended up eating to keep myself busy and stop myself from nodding πββοΈ my head to sleep when driving on the highway. π£οΈ I ate some chicken and popcorn πΏ. My Fitness Pal had never had this much calories. Iβm nervous but mostly a little nauseous. Iβm having a hard time to having guilt or regret about the popcorn and chicken.
