Sean's Module 3 Sleep Protocols
Hey PFU Leaders! While we're sharing on our call, I wanted to share my sleep protocols. I've gone wild with this over the last 3-4 years and have solid sleep/recovery (most of the time)! -Early morning sunlight (within the first 15 minutes of waking) -Wait about 30-45 minutes before my 1st cup of coffee (caffeine) -Morning movement (walk or 10 minutes of more intense exercise) -Follow the 10-3-2-1 protocol (eliminate caffeine 10 hours before bed, food 3 hours before bed, liquids 2 hours before bed, screens/blue light 1 hour before bed) -Consistent sleep/wake times -Temp at 67/68 before sleep -Magnesium 60 minutes before sleep It would be great to hear others share their tips!

@Kathleen Savoy completely agree and I get substantially better sleep with an eye mask too. My fave is from Hush because I don't like flat masks where my eyelashes rub and make my eyes water lol https://hush.ca/products/hush-eyemask
Everyone’s Favorite Barefoot Shoes
In our deep dive last week, someone suggested we start a thread with everyone’s favorite brands. That was a great idea, so maybe those of us who wear barefoot/minimalist shoes can drop recommendations in the comments. Cheers!

Thanks for sharing @Griffin Coombs ! I don't have experience to share on barefoot brands as I prefer being in regular socks at my gym. I did spend a lot of time in ballet slippers growing up (and pointe shoes which are completely opposite to free feet, LOL). Appreciating the great conversations and resources!
