Parking - court judgement
can anyone help with the actions I should now take in ref to parking claim (DCB legal). I have issued all the SAR's.In august last year received a court notice of claim against me. I responded with written defence and counter claim for GDPR breach. Court acknowledged my defence 15th Aug. then november 1st Received a general notice of judgement order to complete a Directions questionnaire. I submitted the questionnaire 14th Nov. Now received judgement for claimant (in default) dated 26th Jan. Please advise how I now respond - do I follow the CCJ steps ? complete form to cancel the juudgement. I am not sure what stage this has reached in the process. but they seem to have ignored my defence and counter claim altogether. Any help gratefully recieved or happy to pay for a 1:1 with Peter? many thanks Heather x

BW legal
Hi - anyone come across BW legal. Pretty aggressive. Have followed all the SAR letters & sent notice before claim - they have ignored or rebutted all. Now sent final demand letter. Which letter or response is best now? Any advice gratefully received. Thx. Heather x

Thanks Dave! Will let you know. They’ve already admitted no Deed of Assignment back in November, but still sending letters ! 🤪. Heather x
response to county court claim
hello - can anyone advise how to deal with a court and tribunal claim that I have received made by a DCA for a parking charge - this is after I sent them SAR letter 5. I presume its best not to ignore this form and return it? What written defence do I submit - that they are are in breach of GDPR etc - is there specific wording for this or just from the letters. i find it incredible that they are still taking it further despite all the letters and cease and desist etc for the sake of £200. any advice gratefully received. BoE
Hi all - does anyone have any prior success with using the bill of exchange Act to dispose of a loan or mortgage?. i have successfully used this process with utility bills in the past, however Octopus Energy are being rather tricky atm! I am also attempting with a bank loan / mortgage and its proving more difficult. I have heard of accounts where people have had success with a mortgage and therefore I am looking for any advice or template letters other than the ones I have from Mike Holt web site. Any advice would be gratefully received. I have also issue notices to both Octopus Energy and Bank to demand the return of the BOE, but they continue to either ignore or refuse to accpet, so not sure where to go with this next. many thanks Heather

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply / comment, all insights are greatly appreciated & welcome. I will take heed on what you say. I am chancing my arm with the bank, but the principles remain the same and should apply. I am going to SAR them to see what info might come from that. Thanks again. Heather x
Court speeding fine
Hello all, I had a court speeding fine after they issued a sjp despite my protestations to the police using constitutional common law as my argument & did not contract with them. Anyway they ignored all my letters & then when I didn’t enter a plea as asked further questions of their role etc, they just issued a court fine with no notice of an actual hearing or anything, with £700 fine & 4 points. Notice that the points were sanctioned on my liscence before my appeal! ! I have appealed of course, but wondering if anyone can help with the best strategy to defend the appeal. Any guidance or links to info gratefully received or happy to do a paid 1:1 session ? Best wishes. Heather x
